The lady behind the desk talks with the customers like you are her next door neighbor. She is loud and unprofessional with zero motivation to get you checked out. Today it took roughly 10 minutes (after getting to the cash register) to pay for one tire. As for the repair it was as expected with no issues. However I was told it would take around 3 hours to replace the tire and that they would call me when it was completed. Before I left the store they had already put my car in the garage and started the repair. After about 4 hours I swung by to see if the repair was complete. The repair was complete but I never received a phone call (UUGGHH). I would only suggest this wal mart for someone that is trying to save a few bucks, but don't be MAD if it takes most of a day to complete a repair. As I get older I'm starting to figure out that it is better to pay a few extra bucks for good quality service than to go to the cheapest place and leave mad. LESSON LEARNED.
