They explain what is wrong or needed in a way that I can understand which is an accomplishment in itself. They are well priced and seem to be more about customer satisfaction and understanding than any other place I have been. The work they put out here is through and fast. They are located off Washington and Main right behind Dairy Queen. Inside you will find 3 different seating areas, a tv, complimentary coffee, soda machines, snack machines, and a children's play corner. The children's corner is a unique feature that I have never seen at a shop before. Kids will love this.

They looked at it and found a bad alternator that was about to leave me stranded on the side of the road. The guys searched for an alternator, found one, had it delivered, and put it in. They had a nice waiting/lobby area. A special room for children to play in. And most importantly it was clean and inviting...including the bathroom. Both of the last two I asked for since I was already off from work & was there. I love the free tires rotation since I got my tires from them. I've been going to this store for about 4 years- Excellent service each & every time! They've even given me a ride home when a wrong part was sent to them & dropped my serviced car off at my house. They wouldn't put a bad part back on for safety. Highly recommend this store!

Took an old pickup truck in to determine if the loud exhaust was a muffler problem. They quickly…read moregot it on the rack and found the problem of rusted and pitted exhaust piping. Replaced the piping and the old muffler in about 45 minutes. Added extra hangers and black painted the new welds to prevent rust. Got a free check of the A/C system with suggested improvements. Also a free quick fix of a low engine horsepower complaint with a noticeable improvement when I drove home. Drove out much quieter and satisfied for a reasonable cost.

I was using Cargurus.com and came across a 2016 Nissan Rogue, with 112,000 miles, listed for 10K at the Rod Hatfield's Used Cars location in Winchester, KY. I drove there this past Saturday, July 6th, 2019, and test drove it. It was a clean vehicle and I spoke with the manager and the salesperson. I told them I liked the vehicle and would be back to purchase it in a couple of days. I got the phone number and email of the salesperson. I asked the manager, I don't remember his name, if they give Military personal any discount, and he responded that they love the military and would take care of me. (yea right) I emailed the salesman the same day and again told them I was going to purchase the SUV. He emailed back a day later and said that the price had gone up and that it was listed wrong. Of course, I wasn't happy. The price went from 10k to 12k. (wow!) I considered it and agreed that as long as the 12k included tax, license, and all fees then I would purchase the vehicle. They agreed. (I have the emails) I then call them and make arrangements to pay for the vehicle on Friday July 12th, 2019 but I received an email on Wednesday saying the price had gone up again. (WTF?) The salesman fell all over himself, trying to convince it was a mistake but the it was still a great price. I, of course, told them the deal was off and that they were a very dishonest business. He didn't argue..lol. The price went from 10k to 12k after I told them I'd purchase it, then up to 13,500 right before we were suppose to purchase. This business should not be in business. They are the reason car dealerships have a bad name. Very sad and I wouldn't buy a vehicle from any car dealership with the Rod Hatfield name on it. Sad...

I was on my way to Utah to start school for a new high paying job. Never made it. Lost the job, lost the $7900 payment for school, out the $6000 for the Equinox and here I sit with no vehicle. The dealership did refund me $850, the money they say they made on the sale, but it took me several weeks of chasing them around until I finally showed up at the dealership and things finally happened and I received my money the next day. Would not recommend this dealership to my enemies. Save yourself the time and money and go literally anywhere else.
