When my vehicle began overheating with engine light malfunction, Gerald went above and beyond to assist me. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional as he guided me through the process of safely adding coolant to my vehicle. His expertise and willingness to help during a stressful situation gave me confidence and peace of mind. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Gerald exemplifies what it means to truly care about customers. Because of his assistance, I left feeling valued, supported, and grateful. Experiences like this are what keep customers loyal to a business.     They tell you if you get a part it's lifetime warranty but then tells you you can only change it 3…read moretimes. I paid 100 dollars for this part and for them to keep giving me a messed up part and refused to change it. I don't recommend this business. They will not help you. They will sell you a damage part and tell you " sorry we can't do anything " and the workers will call you " lady " instead of ma'am which in my opinion that's highly disrespectful.

    I went to this advanced auto parts to see what was going on with my battery which I had purchased…read morefrom an AAP store on Ft. Lauderdale and it was still under warranty. I was helped by a very nice young man named Matias Zambrano. I explained to him that I had gone to the store on old Cutler, where an intellectually challenged young man told me that my battery was fine. Matias checked the battery. Confirm the battery was for all intents and purposes no good. He then honored my warranty. I had three months left on this battery and very quickly installed the new battery. He went above and beyond by suggesting that I buy covers for the terminals to protect against the heat and the corrosion that we all see I was so impressed by him I complimented him to his manager. This is store number 9940. I will return especially if this wonderful young man there.

Went outside to attempt insta, but it was not the correct bulb. Went back inside less than 5 minutes after purchase, communicated with THE SAME REP, who asked me if I opened it after I told him it wasn't the right one. And I replied yes is that okay?""
