It's all been commoditized by KBB, Carfax, etc. So the only thing that really distinguishes one dealership from another is the selection on the lot, and the person in charge. Hometown motors has a great selection of late model vehicles, competitively priced (the Ford Explorer we bought was actually priced below market) and can be locally financed through a credit union. And, most importantly, they continue to treat you like a customer long after the sale is finalized. We had some questions a few days later and Chris was very helpful.
