In fact, I also had wiper blades in the car for the front windows. I had not replaced them yet and he offered to put those on for me. However unbeknownst to me that the ones I had purchased earlier in the fall were incorrect and he got me the correct ones for the front windows and installed them. His positive attitude and genuine concern for his customers will keep me coming back for all my automotive needs in the future. Awesome job!!

It was crazy expensive, as all body work is these days. But that's what insurance is for. These days it seems that replacing a damaged body part is more cost effective than trying to fix it. But that's just how things are. It has nothing to do with their shop; it's just a fact of life. Sticker shock is real. With that said, Gerber was great. They told me what they would do, and they did it. My insurance covered the cost of a rental car, thank goodness! Gerber was lovely. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. My car looked great when they were done. And they also provided some assistance with pickup/drop off of my rental. They were polite, helpful, kind, and supportive throughout. KUDOS!

Weeks have passed and every employee there keeps telling me a new lie about the refund! My car is currently being worked on at a different location and now I need to pay out of pocket for an issue that should never have taken place! Simoniz has given Gerber permission to issue refund to myself. Highly suggest looking somewhere else for repair work. Previously this business was ABRA and reputation was wonderful! This is NOT the same business. Reading reviews, after the fact, this has happened to previous customers. Receiving a check, cashing a check and not receiving services is theft and this business needs to be held accountable and future consumers warned.

I brought the car back the next day for the brakes. They explained all of the options about what was needed now and what could wait a while. They ordered the parts, and fixed it while I waited the same day. They did a great job. More was needed than I expected, but my car is pretty old (but in fantastic shape), so I was not surprised. Their labor prices may be a bit higher than some of the smaller shops in town, but not much different. I echo the other posters here about their customer service. It was professional and friendly. The waiting room is sufficiently comfy if you have to wait a while. Also, they have really fast free wi-fi; I was able to get some work done while I waited. It will definitely become my go to place for oil changes and basic car repair work.

I was promptly contacted by Yee Lor from Kocourek Chevrolet. First of all, I prefer to communicate via email due to work availability, and he fully respected that instead of calling. I appreciate that sooo much!!! I told him what I wanted and he sent me a suggestion. When I went to test drive, he was out with a different customer, but everyone else in the facility was more than happy to help until he got back. I had my 84 YO mother along with me (gotta make sure she can get in/out of my vehicle!) and they were so patient and accommodating for her! I ended up getting a 2020 Traverse and I absolutely love it! When I went to pick it up, they went through all the features/bells/whistles with me so I knew how things worked. Of course I had a long list of questions with me but they answered every single one. In addition, there were two (fairly minor but annoying) cosmetic issues with it and Yee spoke to his manager and got approval to have them fixed. Excellent service! I particularly appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me into something else. They respected my choices! VERY nice group of people over there! Definitely would go back again!
