I had been waiting for now 25 minutes. He said he would assist me then I'm not sure if he forgot about me or ignored me but he as on his phone and just standing around while Tim helped the whole store alone! Tim is amazing! I went in because a faulty part cause another part to malfunction. I understand they didn't work on the car so they can't confirm what happened. I tried to see what we *could* do and the store manger was EXTREMELY rude and was focused on telling me what he couldn't do. He was very adamant on telling me "No". And when I had questions or suggestions he threw his 40 years of experience in my face to condescend me instead of using it to help me. I had to call a different AutoZone for help. He also misgendered me after being corrected multiple times. I just asked him to use my name at one point and he kept calling me "ma'am". Don't go to this store, especially if you are Black and/or Queer. Go to the one on Speedway. read more

My car battery went bad. Bought a new battery at Auto Zone for $70 with a lousy 3 month warranty. Then 10 months later this battery went bad. It did not even last a Year!! Firestone checked it with a test. Went to Walmart and they had a $54 battery with a 1 year warranty. Autozone ripped me off and I will never shop there again!! This AutoZone has always been very helpful to me thru the years. Everything from cleaning supplies for my vehical, to advanced maintenance and parts. I have come here multiple times to get a print out of codes for the vehical, and they are more then helpful to provide a service that makes them $0.00. There are times that they only have 1 or 2 employees and it takes a minute to get service, but once they are helping you, it's always a great experience. read more

Extremely rude. Multiple customers cut in line without any issue (some counters are far from where the line forms). After then asking if brake lights were serviced, the response was "I don't so talk to someone else". After multiple follow ups it was finally clarified that yes autozone did replace brake lights, but the lady didn't know how so I was free to go wait in line for someone else in store. The older man behind the counter is a throwback from the caveman era and will actually give BAD, unrequested or wanted advice to any female that walks in; as if it could not be possible that a woman would actually know how to fix a tire, not to mention completely rebuild an engine.. long before he got his big break in life working for autozone. Too bad chivalry was not included......I broke a nail repairing my tire :( Thought for the day....if you are smarter than everyone else 1) why would you be wasting your talent working the counter at autozone? 2) if you were just doing it because you like working In the industry...why not actually work for (or own) an auto repair shop??? Lorraine and Ulrich at the Grant Road location were super friendly and helpful to me , as I urgently needed a new battery for my Subaru over the holidays. I was in and gone in under 20 minutes with my new battery, fully installed by Ulrich. Earlier in the week, Lorraine also assisted me with recycling of an older battery from a generator set. I was very pleased to find out that Autozone provides a $10 gift card in return for bringing in a core, even without buying a new replacement battery. I had to buy a battery for my car in a pinch witch was also 80 less at autozone then Oreilly and guy kept core aside till I could find out if I could get my money back from dealership. When I found out the dealer would pay for it I went back to get my core he still had it and was very nice and gave me the money back for the battery after I had all ready been using it for a week. I went to autozone, the store number is 2717, this morning to buy a new bulb from my cars headlight, at the time I got there there were four employees working and only one other customer, one of the employees ( a shorter female, with long blond hair) checked me out and asked if I needed help changing my headlight, I said yes and so she asked for me to go wait by my car and have the hood open and ready, after waiting outside for over 30 minutes in over 100 degree weather and went back inside and let them know that I am still waiting and despite there being three other employees in the store, she said that I have to wait until all the customers in the store have been helped before I could get any help despite the fact that there were two employees in the store not doing anything they still wouldn't come help. I've have come to this exact location before and I've always been helped right away with my car. All together this was the worst experience I've ever had at autozone. read more
