When I ask questions, they explain things to me. I think they treat men, women and people who don't know anything about cars, equally and fairly. I'm super-skeptical of car repair places in general. Your Dealer, MIGHT do a good job, but they will sure as heck try and rip you off. I don't want to name the dealer, but for years, items that should have been covered by my extended warranty were not. When I went to another dealership location out of town, they actually searched for my vehicle in the manufacturer's warranty system. At a later time, I asked for a full history of my service. That's when I learned that the dealership in Tucson never even tried to use my warranty because they would earn a lot more if I pay cash out of pocket than what they would receive from the company for warranty work. I used to think that Dealers will do quality work the right way even if they charge a premium for it. Now my perspective about dealership service is tainted. I trust Priority Auto And Tire Center, especially the father and son, to take care of my car, the cars for my family members and I have no hesitations to send my friends there. Trust is hard to earn and take a lot to keep. These guys stake their reputation on doing the best job every time, treating the customer right and giving accurate and fair quotes. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. They offer free WiFi, water and they have vending machines if you need a snack or beverage. I don't think it was too loud. I hope the business for these guys is going well. I'd like to see them become a long term business in Tucson! Highly Recommended!

Derek is the owner and he comes across as competent and honest. Seems like he enjoys what he does and he has good experience under his belt. I believe she would be treated honestly and fairly. They have a clean waiting room. The sofas are not new, but they are clean. He has a popcorn machine and three kinds of candy set out as well as a cooler of complimentary bottles of water. BTW, "Dirty T" was a nickname for Tucson back in the day. Comes from the ASU rivalry and it was a derogatory nickname for the UofA at one point. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Their excuse was "bad roads" (it's a 4x4). The new steering box went bad too in a short amount of time, however it was under warranty so it didn't cost anything.Then the second steering box went out that they put in. You know the saying , "time is money and money's time". Dirty T saved me money the first time I did business with them, then they started to cost just as much as the GM dealership; only they aren't as skillful as the dealership. So I'll be going back to GM. Sometimes it's best to go to a certified mechanic. If Dirty T Automotive uses certified mechanic's, it doesn't show.

He was incredibly professional, and dealt with my changing our appointment well. Ultimately, he was able to come out to see the vehicle only an hour after I had the address. The credit card hold charge for the appointment could have been annoying (sometimes my money is all in cash) but luckily it wasn't a problem on that day. The $119 fee was flat, tax included, and he was happy to take cash. 120 is more than the $50 other mechanics were quoting, but I believe it to be a much greater value. The inspection was 120 points, including a comprehensive write-up with photos emailed to me. Convenient, courteous, and thorough. Based on Joe's inspection, I did not purchase my friend's vehicle. He saved me much more hastle and money than I spent on his services, and I am very grateful. 10/10 would recommend, and would use again. Don't even bother calling anybody else.
