But made me wait for the lights to come in almost two weeks to get them installed they kept telling to bring my truck in and they would install and then in the late evening they would tell me to pick up my truck that they did not have time to install. I finally got them installed after three tries, I was excited , they explained that there was a year warranty but 11 months later one of the lights burnt out. I went back and they said my warranty was up. I had to show them my receipt And finally they agreed to replace but now I cannot get them to install them. They told me to take my truck at 9am. I went back at twelve and explained that I needed my truck back before five , he said they were really busy but maybe Monday would work. I have been waiting a month for the lights to show up and now I have to wait again. Why tell someone to be at your location at 9am so you can not work on it. Makes no sense to me. I bought Led lights for my headlights and I had my stereo equipment installed. I have spent a good amount there. I do not understand what ever happened to customer service. I brought my Honda Pilot in for a catalytic converter issue, and from day one the problem was never resolved. Vino claimed he replaced my catalytic converter, yet my check engine light never turned off. Instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the issue, he kept pushing me to replace parts that were never the problem; O2 sensors, spark plugs, timing belt with a full install kit--costing me thousands of dollars. After all that, my car was still exactly the same. Every time I brought the car back, he would point to a new issue instead of addressing the catalytic converter. He even claimed that someone removed material from my catalytic converter which is impossible because no one touched it except him. I later took my car to the dealership for a proper diagnosis, and they confirmed that Vino installed an aftermarket catalytic converter that did NOT fit my car properly. It caused a small exhaust leak and was even touching the shaft. That's why the problem never went away. This was the wrong part for my vehicle. To make things worse, the last time I dropped my car off, he suddenly claimed my battery wasn't starting. That made no sense because I drove the car to his shop with zero issues. After he touched it, the car wouldn't start even after trying to jump it. I honestly don't know what he did, but every time he works on my car, something new magically "breaks." I immediately took the car to AutoZone near his shop, and they tested the battery. The battery was perfectly fine and did not need replacement. Bottom line: this shop is dishonest. Vino will gaslight you, upsell unnecessary repairs, install incorrect parts, and never fix the real issue. I dropped my car off multiple times and nothing was ever fixed. And now, he doesn't wanna take my car and fix it even I still have the warranty on him. He just left my car high and dry. I definitely take this to legal matters. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. The owner is a fraud and not a trustworthy mechanic. Save your money and your car go somewhere else. ******BEWARE OF VINO THE OWNER OF PERFORMANCE MUFFLER ON 6th AVE. HE'S A BIG FRAUD AND SCAM.
