Okay so my car decides to just die on me in the parking lot of this auto zone I have no idea what happens and I go to the Napa store to see if they can help me. They tell me the equivalent of get lost so i decide to walk to AutoZone instead. When I get there i explain my situation to the employee and he comes out and walks a good distance to my car to see what could be wrong with it. The battery looks really worn so he determines it's the battery. He gets out a jump starter and jumps my car and I drive to the autozone doors to see what's really wrong. The tester shows that the alternator is dying. Instead of running to sell me a new one he then notices that the battery itself is dirty and cleans it. After this the battery tester shows everything is good and im on my way. The employee who did this did it all out of wanting to help me and wasn't looking to sell a new battery or anything and I really respect that. So thank you Pablo from AutoZone you the goat read more

I went to the Autozone at 31st and Garnett to buy some vacuum line and didn't have my wallet! The young man waiting on me was kind enough to give me the 1' of hose I needed! The extra trip would have cost more than the hose! Thanks Autozone! read more

These people will not help you. They will act like they are helping you and then tell you to go somewhere else. Instead of doing it themselves. Never go to this auto zone. read more

Would highly recommend. My check engine light had came on and the codes were a battery and O2 sensor. They checked my batteries for me, removed my trunk battery, tried to charge it, put the battery back. They had me hold off on buying the sensor which was a very good decision and saved me $80 because my battery was throwing the sensor off. They ordered me a new battery and installed it quickly. They helped me order the exact key fob I wanted. Helped me with which fuel treatment I needed. Best experience ever! read more

this place is terrible. I purchased a headlight at an out of town location, and I came in to return or exchange it. not only were all the employees rude, they chose to carry on a conversation with a coworker who just got out of David l moss. Some chick behind the counter accused me of touching the headlight with my hand, I told her I used a glove, the person who sold me the bulb sold me the wrong one, which is why I'm trying to exchange it.she got an attitude when she had to look up the store number to complete my exchange. I actually did her the courtesy of calling the store myself and retrieving the number so she could complete my exchange. She got frustrated with the situation and decided to smoke outside with the employee who just got out of jail. the manager came to assist when he thought I was giving his employee a hard time about my personal Information. he told me I was being difficult, and he was just trying to pacify me. I told him that I actually tried to help his employees by calling the store myself(which is their job), and instead of getting on to his jail bate, smoking attitude employee he refused to acknowledge his employees behaviours and correct them. when I left, two of the employees were talking about their time in jail and smoking while the store had a lobby full of customers. read more
