I contacted On Site and Allen came out, drove my truck and said that the issue wasn't the transmission but the front wheel bearings. He replaced them and solved my issue. $3,800 verses $550. I highly recommend this guy.

He did say that there would be restocking fee if I cancel the job. I didn't care because he gave me his word, and I trusted him that he would fix the car. He NEVER SHOWED. He said he was going to refund me $800 and told me to return the parts myself to Auto Zone. I did and was refunded $587. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service. To any prospective customer: DO NOT trust his word. He claims to be honest and sincere. He might be until he gets your money. I have our full conversation that turned sour if anyone is considering hiring him. I might even seek legal counsel if this review does not make him refund the money.

They THEN tell him after getting his money that his hood on his Trans Am is damaged. Lady in office said it was from a test drive and the hood flew up. The owner, Nathan, gave a completely different statement. Said it was caused by faulty shocks. BS! My son got his car home and he and my stepson put another hood on it because the one they damaged cannot be used. The hood they damaged isn't cheap. A OEM Ram Air hood. Also cracked the windshield when it flew up. After further inspection and driving the car, SEVERAL knowledgeable individuals stated, there was NO shift kit installed like promised and we were charged for. I called myself to discuss getting the issue handled and Nathan was very rude, unprofessional. He began cursing and denying any accountability. The hood was in proper working order when it was dropped off at his shop. I'm writing this review in hopes others can avoid this crooked business.
