MHC kenworth tulsa oklahoma This dealership and managers are nothing but liars that have no concern for owner-operators and their equipment. They refuse to warranty their work and parts. Called yesterday on a power divider seal that was done by this dealership on May 10 2023 and asked for confirmation of warranty. Person on the phone check with his manager said yes, all work and parts they perform within a year is warranty. Got there today at 11:00am in the morning. Check in and proceed to wait. At 5:00pm the service clark said manager refuses to warranty any work (after 6 hours of waiting). I ask for a reason why and the manager refused to give me any reason why and told the service clerk to just give me a quote to have it fixed. I walked out the door and said, I will never come back here again that you're nothing more than a bad company that does not service your customers while trying to rip them off. I would like to say the shop was absolutely awesome. The guys were very helpful and professional. The mechanic that worked my truck took the time to tell me what the problem was and that he could get it done rather quickly. When it came time to pay the bill they worked it over a good bit and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. A bunch of good guys here. Everyone I met here was great. Warning do not purchase a new truck from this dealer location. See my photos of damage done by their shops work to a new truck before delivery to me the customer. Can't post a photo of air leak at air dryer but it's there still. Single truck owner operators beware. Can't begin to tell you that it sat in Tulsa for 2 weeks before I came to get it and I spent 2 more days waiting to be able to leave the dealer with my truck and I still have an air leak in a new truck. came in for a pm service, left with a $ 2,000 bill and had to get hotel for 2 days, anyway TOLD them i had a bad bushing in my leaf spring, so in the bill they charger 1 1/2 (200 and hour) for checking the bushing , wtf they check if its in plain seight so $300 added to the bill, anyway pm service is only like $400 but they charge for shit they dont even do .. becarful folks, really nice guys but they will putt it in ur ass no lube .. read more

If you are an owner-operator this is the place to go!!! My driver got some bad diesel that clogged the fuel filters and at 9PM I was desperate to find a mechanic. Not only is this place 24/7 but the NIGHT crew was hands down the most helpful set of guys I've encountered in this industry. They were extremely nice and got my driver in and out in no time so he could finish his route. Most importantly they were efficient at their job and weren't out to take advantage. If I ever need anything done and my driver is in Oklahoma I will send ALL of my business to this location and other owner-operators would be crazy not to do the same. read more

You call and with a method of payment and they say they cannot take it. You walk in and the guy in front of you runs there card just fine. Run your card and they say sorry your card is declined. Call the bank and they say there is nothing wrong with you card. Ask if they had the old school slide in order to take payment and no one knows what you are talking about. I will definitely not being using This location EVER again. They are the only ones that have this problem. I think they need to be trained on every possible form of payment that can be presented. read more
