Their courtesy cars were all out so while we waited, Jeff checked on us numerous times providing refreshments and offering to drive us wherever we wanted. The work was done sooner than expected. I call the next morning, and they never even looked at it. They don't know how long it will take to repair, because they never looked at it to know what p arts they need. Now I have to leave it with them, drive back home four hours away, and drive back 4 hours one way to come get it a day later. I should deduct my mileage off of the bill. I've heard that they drum up repairs and expenses here, but we had no choice at the time. These guys are awful.

I took it to the local tire dealer to have them repair that tire. They told me the key to unlock the tires locking lug nut was not in the container where I have always kept it; instead there was a generic lug nut! The last place to have anything to do with taking my tires off was there at Toyota of warsaw. I seriously think they put this lug nut in my container instead of the locking lug nut key purposely because of my issue I had with them last year! And believe me when I tell you the entire service crew and the management heard my complaints. this place is a joke. AND AND AND KARMA IS A BITCH.
