EVERYTHING! As a single female I have to be a good judge of character and professionalism when it comes to caring for my STUFF, especially my car!! I no sooner got out of my car when Spencer greeted me IN THE PARKING LOT (!!!!!!) asking to be of service! I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT DISCOUNT TIRES!!! This current trip I've traveled from TENNESSEE to KENTUCKY then MISSOURI afterward drove to COLORADO then UTAH the NEVADA for my 5,000 mile oil change then CALIFORNIA!!! Leaving Cali I drove to OREGON the entire Pacific Coastal Drive then WASHINGTON STATE... then on to IDAHO, MONTANA then NORTH DAKOTA!! I recently left MINNESOTA, WISCONSIN and ILLINOIS which is where I'm am! THIS WHOLE TRIP I'VE AVOIDED INTERSTATES as much as possible which really does a number on tires (I thought) HOWEVER, Spencer (my personal DT REP) just gave my 2021 HONDA CRV a perfect preliminary assessment!. My Honda is getting "the works" including the 5,000 mile rotation and everything is looking great! I totally 100% rely on Discount Tire to provide the most professional assessment in diagnosing my cars every need when it comes to tires & alignment & windshield wiper needs! If I could give these folks 1000 I would! Try them one time and you'll never trust anyone else! They gave me the best price on the best tires for my car for comfort of ride and longevity!! Boy, did they get it SPOT ON! Yeh, the lobby is super clean, restroom is clean, water and coffee are available while you wait which is never long! The men are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional in how they present themselves! Folks aren't backed up waiting for service! They get you in and out in times promises BY THE MINUTE which most often is less than said at checkin! I LOVE THESE GUYS ... from FLORIDA, to TENNESSEE, we'll all across the country!! This place is amazing. Once again, we had wheel/tire issues. We were in town for 2 weeks on vacation and started experiencing issues while on the road getting here. We went in to Discount Tire after making an appt on line. I walked in and Gavin greeted me. I told him what the issues were and he went outside and pulled the car into a bay immediately. He found the problems and told husband and me what the issues were. We told him we wanted to replace all wheels and tires. He got on the computer, called 2 or 3 different manufacturers and kept at it until he had us set up with what we needed in the short time frame we had. While he was on the computer, Trevor came in and helped as as well. We've always had good luck with Discount Tire wherever we are but this one tops them all. I had a screw in my tire for at least a few days before someone pointed it out to me while I was Christmas shopping--it must have perfectly plugged my tire to avoid losing much air. However, when I headed into Discount Tire, I knew it was actually time to replace all 4 tires anyways. I was immediately greeted by Jose who clearly enjoys his job. He quickly assessed my tires, and provided me with a few options. I appreciated his understanding to balance quality and cost, which resulted in a higher quality tire than I had previously for less $ due to an instant rebate. He was able to get me an appointment for me same day, and even finished 30 minutes early. Have had numerous services done with Discount Tire at various locations. Had tires rotated, tire patched and air checked at this location on different vehicles. They were able to patch a tire after a small piece of metal pierced it and caused a slow leak. read more

Had an issue with the low tire pressure warning light. They checked all the sensors and the tire pressures. All were good so they reset the sensors and fixed the issue. I was shocked when they did all this for free. Thanks guys! read more

My car has 22 inch rims and if you know anything about tires they are a pain to try to find. I was moving out if state in two days. Chris who works here made every call he could and found me one for a great price that he got there by the time i left. He himself put in on and checked and put air in all of my tires before I left. My car's wheel kept losing air so I stopped in to check it out. The people there were nice but I noticed off the bat that the 5 guys looking at my car were just staring at it, knowing that something was wrong. About 5 minutes after they look at it they come in to tell me my wheel is busted. After comparing the cheapest options for wheels they all ran OVER 500 dollars for one wheel. After getting the run around with new tire prices I told them I couldn't spend that kind of money so they shrugged me off, set my car down and wouldnt fill my tire with air because it was "too low", which makes no sense. Bought a 20 dollar air pump at walmart and filled my own tire. Overall, I left discouraged and confused. Later that same day I left and parked it at home until I found a replacement wheel online for LESS than 200 dollars. Same exact wheel type, factory and everything. Not pleased with my experience there at discount tire. If you're looking to get any info without getting hassled for buying 1000 dollars worth of new tires then I would suggest probably anywhere else. Not a garage. Got a screw in my work truck tire. I took it to Discount Tire as a new customer, and they patched and plugged the tire for free. They even washed all four tires and sprayed tire shine on my old work truck. Skyler was very friendly and accommodating to my being in a hurry. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was quoted slightly lower prices elsewhere but the quality of service is outstanding. They work fast and know what they are doing. I needed a golf cart tire repaired. In and out in less than 3 minutes! I was met at the door with a smile, very friendly and efficient.

The service says it all. They price match, and Public Service employees get a 10% discount! They even beat Walmart's price. The guys worked quick and worked very well together. I did have a special request as far as the placement of the lead weights, which they missed... I noticed when they were turning over the vehicle to me... They instantly pulled it right back in and got 4 guys working on it. I've never seen 4 tires dismounted and re-balanced and mounted, so fast. I wish I would've got their names... But it doesn't really matter because they all work together. Also. They were the only ones in town that had my size in stock... Coming from California I was accustomed to pulling up to the tire place in getting tires that day. I'm not saying they have every single size on stock but they have always had what I needed. read more
