I called this place to see if i could get my tires done at a cheaper rate by using salvaged tires…read more They told me I could and got me an appointment for next week. When I arrived the tech then informed me that they only take cash and can't accept card. I was frustrated but walked to a local gas station to get to an ATM. The tires themselves were super affordable at 30/tire for the tires themselves and 15/tire for the labor of putting them on. They told me they would balance them as well. The guy got all four tires done and put on in less than an hour and was very nice and apologetic for not informing me of the cash policy. I told him no worries and thanks for doing it. My car needed a 30 psi for all four tires. The guy filled them a varying amount per tire and all of them were well over 40psi. I attempted to bleed them but he tightened the caps on a crazy amount that i couldn't get off even with pliers. I obviously had problems with over inflation and took my car to a different shop to fix it. Super annoyed that he wouldn't even bother asking or checking my door to do the proper psi and let me leave with tires that full and tires causing dangerous situations. It's cheap which is why it has the stars it has but I will never be returning and warning all others who think of going here. The main shop is a literal pigsty and has falling apart floors. Would not recommend to anyone who wants quality work but would recommend to someone who wants cheap and fast. Basically fair warning lol

THE WORST customer service I've ever experience. When I first called it took someone more than 5…read moreminutes to answer the phone. After picking up the guy was completely rude. I told him I was told to call back today if I wanted to purchase a tire, so I did and the guy made me feel like I was stupid for calling. He said "our systems have been down for 3 days and the people haven't came to fix it yet. You're just going to have to wait until it's fixed." I started to inform him that I was told to call this morning and he cut me off and said "I'm telling you we can't sell you a tire and change it until our systems are fixed." Even if that was the case he could have said It in a better way instead of being an asshole. To me it just seemed the guys in the auto service center just don't want to work.

The man who I spoke to was nice and understanding about the issue and said the would refund a new one if I purchased it at Walmart. When I got into my car to drive off , there was no sticker on the left top corner of my car . They can take the old one off but lord forbid they finish I job correctly and put a new one on there. Smh. I had to go in and ask for a sticker with a reading of when to get my next oil change. I wouldn't recommend.
