As I was leaving Costco I noticed that there wasn't a long line of vehicles so I decided to give it a try. Sam waved me in and I explained that it was my first time there and I wanted to get the total cost before I agreed to service. He gave me a couple options based on my coupon. He was very patient and kind. He explained everything to me and the oil change was super quick. I stayed in my vehicle the whole time and the whole process was super convenient!

My wife drove back to have them check it, but we were told everything looked fine and it is normal to find a little oil leaking after the change. Later, we asked our trusted mechanic to inspect the engine, and he found that the oil filter had been installed incorrectly and that the oil filter housing was broken, clearly the cause of the significant oil leak. This was extremely frustrating and concerning, as it could have led to serious engine damage.

I talked with Jim of Tire discounters Marysville, he assured me the issue would be addressed by an expert technician, as well as took the time to explain some possibilities of the cause of the oil leak issue, he also provided assistance with local towing services. The next morning Jim contacted me for follow up, shortly after the car was then towed with care by Shamrock towing services, and by mid day I received another call from Jim that the car was serviced with issue resolved!!!! I didn't want a detail but the salesman insisted it was required for all new vehicles to leave the lot. Fast forward to my first oil change. Walk into the front door(same door I dropped it off at for the detail) I'm told to go around the side to the double glass doors. That's fine. I go to the side of the building through the double glass doors and I'm met by an extremely rude employee telling me I walked past the service bay. A single roll up door. No double glass doors. They direct me and I walk in to drop off my keys and I'm told by another rude employee I need to wait to drop off my keys and he will NOT take them. Not a single person waiting around. Okay I've never had to wait for a drop off but whatever. It takes 20 minutes for someone to direct me into the service area where the only thing I have to do is give my name and hand the keys in! It took me over a half hour to DROP OFF my car for an oil change. Worst dealership experience I've ever had.

True honest work at half the price of a dealership…read more I've been here in the past with older Honda vehicles, but have recently returned with a newer 2018 Honda Civic and these guys are great at what they do here! I was prepared to wait several hours to have the rotors and brakes replaced and the transmission fluid changed, but they said there was no need to right now and that I could get some more life out of the brakes and rotors. I did have the Transmission fluid changed and took about 15 minutes and it was a lot cheaper anywhere else I would have taken it. All in all I was back on the road in about 30 minutes. I had also mentioned that my steering wheel would stick just with the slightest move of the wheel (annoying when your on the freeway and barely have to adjust to stay in the lane) the mechanic looked into a few different theories as to what would be causing it and couldn't really find any concrete evidence to warrant anything needing to be replaced. He did however reset the steering calibration (I think) and I guess that's what did the trick! Steering is just as smooth as the first day I got! I would highly recommend Waynes Garage to take your Acura or Honda to.
