This place has always done right by me and I'll come back the next time I have a tire issue. 5 Stars And a few more things: No appointments. It's first come, first served. They take cash or credit. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be seen, even on a busy day. I had a nail removed and patched last year and it only cost $20. Prices are reasonable and very competitive.

Had my alignment done twice here since after the first alignment it was still pulling to the left. Was still pulling to left after two alignments so took to another mechanic to have it looked at thinking it may be a bigger issue. New mechanic said it wasn't done properly after he put my car on a lift and drove it. Mechanic at Browns left a bolt unattached on one of my new tire rods which is dangerous. Also never fixed my alignment issue. Have also had a tire bolt broken off at the tire shop next to the alignment shop. They miss threaded the bolt back on causing it to break. Didn't tell me, just hid it and had to find out months later. Used to love this place and support, but now my car is getting damaged and I was allowed to drive off in an unsafe fix after spending a bunch of money!

When my warning light came on for tire pressure after hitting a curb driving into my driveway to get into my garage trying to avoid a neighbor's car taking up part of my driveway, thinking I could make it. This was not the first time coming to Discount Tires for the same reason:(. They checked the tire out and confirmed the prior hits still were okay and the new one too!!! Brett took special care to check the pressure on all my tires, put air in them and even reset my dashboard removing the warning message and light. Brett ensured that all was good before giving the thumbs up to get on the road again. He was very nice and showed that he cared about safety and making sure my care was safe to drive. This was all complementary. I value their services greatly. I will definitely be buying my new set of tires here whey my car is ready for them. Here's a few examples ... TUFFYs on WEST 5th Av told me I needed SUSPENSION STRUTS ($1664 worth) coz my vehicle was "very bouncy" which it isn't AT ALL & they didn't even drive the car! Note: I had a 4 WHEEL ROTATION/BALANCE AND ALIGNMENT the day before elsewhere. I called back to the place that did my alignment to be sure they checked all suspension components (just out of curiosity since it's hard to trust some of these places) and they DID to find nothing that needed replaced! Then Tuffy said I "needed" a BATTERY REPLACEMENT coz there was some RESIDUE on it! Instead of just wiping it off, they'd prefer to rip off a customer! That was going to be $200! They sure don't go out of their way, in the very least! Then I "needed" SPARK PLUGS... (I had those replaced 3 years ago and had no issues there either.) Another $300! Then I "needed" BRAKE FLUID FLUSH (No reason just that it needed to be topped off) Oh they don't do top offs for a simple pouring of fluid into the reservoir until it reaches the full line! They'd rather charge $115 for a FLUSH! Then I "needed" STEERING COMPONENTS (tie rods & steering gear) Again, I had no issues there. Oh, that was an additional $500. The next day AFTER this BS nightmare, I brought the list of repairs from TUFFY to my regular car repair place that I've used for a decade for any major problems come up coz he's proven to be trustworthy. He did a DIAGNOSTIC and found nothing wrong with any of the above issues. (Which I already felt I knew but wanted confirmation.) So, THIS is what they call a "FREE COURTESY INSPECTION!" I'd call it something else but all in all saved myself $3,000 coz I speak up, ask questions, decline and follow thru with what I knew was a means of financial exploitation. They denied covering the cost of a new engine because when we had it towed to another shop closer to home, after the mechanics there removed the original oil filter and discarded it. Even though our new mechanic took pictures of where the oil plug should have been and confirmed that it had fallen out, Goodyear would not cover their mistake. We ended up having to pay for the new motor ourselves out of pocket. Because of this, I will NEVER take any of my vehicles here again. Apparently, loyalty is a one way street with Goodyear.
