Twice I've given this ace a shot and twice I've been disappointed with the quality of service. First time the tire was not balanced propey and I had to have it done somewhere else after they said i had left so how did they know I didn't hit something... It had been less than a day before I called them back. Similar issue this second time prompting this poor review. Got a tire that looked almost brand new, the methed out fella slapped it on, I paid and left but it was wobbly and didn't feel right. Got it at the end of the business day so I called the next day and what do ya think I was asked... well did ya hit something? So anyway I took it to the mechanics down the street in Troy for an in related issue and had them look at it... the tire was junk. As far as tires this place is a freaking joke, don't have much to say for the customer service either but Only from one person and I honestly don't know which guy it was. Go there for a car, a car part maybe.. but definitely not a used tire

After piddling around with it for a bit, I was finally able to get my car started and drove directly to O'Reilly's in Piqua where I had the privilege of meeting an employee named Connor. I thought it was probably the battery in the key fob, but I had no idea what battery to buy or how to open the case of the key fob. So, without even asking, Connor took my key fob, replaced the battery and sent me happily on my way. I've always appreciated the customer service I always get when I go to the Piqua O'Reilly's, but Connor rescued me with exemplary customer service! Oh! And I made it home with no more key fob dashboard messages. Thank you Connor!

Wasn't sure how to install it, I'm kind of new to trucks. He's like I help you he popped out, had the old one out, confirmed the new one worked, took maybe two minutes. I love their service. The prices are reasonable. The speed of getting the parts was very nice. Small town auto stores have good people work in them, or they go out of business. This is a nice little spot.

Upon returning home I drove to this local Autozone store (Troy, Oh) to ask for help. An Employee named Red came out and confirmed my concerns and with no ?s replaced my wipers beyond what I had ever expected. The customer service at the Troy store was awesome. I have been a costumer here for yrs for batteries, car bulbs etc. Always friendly service. But this gave me a sense of safety. My newer wipers from Indiana were causing some safety issues. The staff member was helpful in giving me so ideas on which roads to take home. The inside of the store was large and there weren't any boxes or other obstacles in the way. I didn't notice whether the doors had an automated mechanism but I doubt a wheelchair could have gone through just one of the two doors.
