Big Rapids Location…read more Poor customer relations. Poor follow through, get passed from one associate manager to the next having to re explain everything AGAIN to another sales rep. Got told by a manager who claimed to have 41 years experience that he'd call by 10 a.m. the following day. He didn't call. I called at 10:20 only to hear, "oh, he's on vacation". Had to re explain to yet another "manager" whom I'd never spoken with! After a heated exchange and my asking to speak with the owner I got a text saying, sorry we got off on the wrong foot, and stated I could reach out if interested. I both called and texted, NO RETURN CALL OR FOLLOW UP. This location is a joke.

Luckily I didn't live far away and they had someone give me a ride home. Diagnostic test was $160 which I was charged for and paid. The problem is that they couldn't complete the test because I had stuff in my car that was in the way. If they had told me that I would have emptied it out but the first I heard about it was when I went to get my car. I had to pay full price for a partial diagnostic test that didn't tell me what was causing my problems. The oil pressure sensor is bad which AutoZone had already told me for free which is not causing the problems I was having.
