He brought his truck in there this morning for service because we noticed last night that the water pump went out. He got an oil change and after your service department completed that they gave him the keys back and told him he was all set. He asked the service department to look at it again because it wasn't drivable in the current conduction and told them the water pump was bad. Your service team told him they couldn't look at it- That he would need to make another appointment and the earliest they could get him in was 2 weeks from now and you let him LEAVE there driving the truck knowing the water pump was bad! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! We will never do business here again.
