I asked why would he answer the phone if their closed and he continued to babble. I then just asked his managers name so I can speak with him tomorrow and he hung up on me. Horrible customer service. I would've been fine with them just not answering I was taking a 50/50 chance of them answering anyways but instead of letting it ring they answered and told me they were closed then hung up on me. That's a horrible way to help a customer out when you messed up and answered the phone. I will be going up there tomorrow to speak about this issue. I didn't mind them being closed but they way he handled it was very wrong and rude.

I show up to my batteries on a roll cart ready to go with the tools to change them. paid for the batteries they offered to replace them for me but I prefer to do my own work being in the auto industry. I replace the batteries , walk back inside to a place to wash my hands and a cold drink . absolutely painless and top customer service .

The first four (4) calls essentially made me feel like I was a nuisance calling them up. The last call was to Action Buggies in Willis, Texas. Matt, the person who I talked with, was courteous, accommodating and listened to my questions, concerns and special arrangements that I needed to have handled. He was very patient and gave off great vibes. So much so, that I rode down to visit with him in person. I introduced myself and he recognized my name and what we talked about on the phone. I mentioned that once the batteries were changed that the golf cart needed to go to another location, and he said that could be arranged. I requested to have the charger receptacle changed. But he offered his professional opinion that unless it was melted that, more often than not, it wouldn't need to be changed. This spoke to his professional integrity. He arranged for the timely pick up of the golf cart and the delivery of the repaired golf cart to a new location. Keith the transporter was very friendly, and courteous, and on time. They helped me pick a perfect lift kit for my truck and I had it installed here. These guys know…read morewhat they were doing. They were all very kind to answer a plethora of questions. The only negative thing I have to say is their wait time. For the lift, they were pretty busy despite haveing a scheduled appointment. That and the very poor wifi connection in the shop with no cell service was hard to do anything productful. I ended up having to leave my truck there over night since I had prior obligations, my appointment started at 8am but I wasn't told it wouldn't be finished until 4-5pm until 2hours into appointed time. Otherwise no complaints. The guys did solid professional work. I'm happy, thank you!

When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and they were spot on. The only downside of the wait time was the designated space they have for waiting. A handful of chairs in the back of the front showroom. A TV or a water cooler/coffee maker would substantially upgrade the comfort level, but alas they are new as assumed by the "now open" flags flying outside, so they get a pass for that. All in all I highly recommend VIP for hitch install over UHaul who said it would take a couple of weeks.
