There for absolutely nothing was done. Not much that a person can do. Maybe because I'm a senior citizen she thought it would easy to snuggle me. The customer service is a joke; no one, and I mean no one, knows what they are doing there. Save yourself the headache and hassle. That location, in particular, is trash. I hope word of mouth gets around on how disorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent this store is. I purchased three vehicles from Classic Mazda Westside, located at 13930 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, OH 44135. Trust me, it is worth the 45-minute drive from the Serra Arlington Rd dealership. Not believing the story I dug deeper and spoke to a mechanic there, (Seth Kinser) informed me there was an open TSB from Ford and got it fixed under factory warranty the next morning. Highly recommend working with Seth Kinser very professional, friendly and efficient. Had I not dug deeper and listened to Boone, we wouldn't have been informed about the open TSB and would've been stuck paying the dealer over $1,000 for new brakes. Thanks again Seth Kinser.
