    Let's face it. It's JUST a car dealer. We all know the stories surrounding them and the 'stigma'…read moreit implies. I've purchased 4 cars from them since 2019. EVERYTHING has went well, till now. They have failed to payoff my trade in a timely manner, causing me to have to make another payment on that vehicle. I was called by my previous finance company to alert me to this fact. So, I went by and politely informed them of the issue. I was told they would speak with the accounting department the following day (today) and call me. They failed to do so. I have made the 'additional' payment on the vehicle and I will be working with them to address the issue and TRY to get 'reimbursed' for the payment I had to make. I doubt it will happen. I've sent them several emails and even the name of a lawyer I will contact day after tomorrow IF this is NOT resolved swiftly. Let's hope this is the exception and not the rule from now on. Buyer beware! This does NOT reflect on the 'sales' department, as they did a great job! It's not the 'finance' departments issue either. It's the 'accounting departments' fault. Or is it? Who's passing the buck here?

After the 150$+ fee to even tell me that that was the problem in the first place. Also told me that that was not in there control as it's just like a remote the battery or system could go out at any time and that's out of there control. Also mentioned I was at least the 3rd car in the shop that week with that problem, same cost for everyone else as well to fix.

After performing my due diligence on the vehicle I decided that I would like to purchase the vehicle and I scheduled a time to test drive it Friday, February 6, 2015, and meet with someone about purchasing the vehicle. In order for this to be accomplished I had to take a day off work and travel about an hour and a half to get to their dealership. On Thursday I was sent an email confirming my appointment on Thursday, February 5, 2015, and I responded confirming my appointment. On Friday I drove to Elizabeth City for my appointment. I even received a call from Felicia, while on my way, confirming that I was coming. When I arrived I was greeted, introduced to the salesman and offered something to drink. Felicia went to retrieve the keys. Immediately it became evident that there was a "problem", as she could not locate the keys. After conferring with numerous people, the car I had came to purchase was conveniently sold on Thursday. I however was offered two other vehicles, slightly higher price and not even the same make or model. I expect the 'ol bait and switch from a grimy used car lot, but not someone that is supposed to be a reputable dealer. I felt pressured and uncomfortable. I had done my research and knew what I was purchasing, but when that was conveniently no longer available I wasn't satisfied purchasing something that I did not want. So, not only had I lost a day of work, but I also lost the car I have been searching months for. If they had called me and stated they sold it out from under me I would have taken that better, but I was contacted by them numerous times for a week straight confirming I would be there and no one took the time to verify the car was still there, nor tell me I was wasting my time. Highly displeased with their level of professionalism.

I was scheduled for the 7th they said drop off the car the night prior and they would give me a rental. I went in and they had no idea who I was and why I was there... I had to walk back and forth from the front of the lot to the back 4 times (if I wasn't 9 months pregnant I wouldn't care as much) to try to get things straightened out. I guess the guy that sold us the car has recently quit and didn't set anything up. They finally agreed to let me leave the car and tint it the following day. I picked up my car today and it was not cleaned. I have black interior and a dark blue car so it was actually dirtier than when I dropped it off. I am happy with the tint but a little more customer service would have gone a long way

I was treated with patience and respect during every conversation, I was never pushed or pressured. It was truly stress free. Plus all employees I encountered seemed very confident and great at their jobs. Every aspect of sale was smooth and straightforward. After searching nearby everywhere , long distances, and online for the lowest price, I was offered the best, by far, deal around for my specific vehicle. Vehicle delivery was ok, could have been much better. My new Ridgeline was not ready for me when I arrived despite the dealer knowing I was coming. I had to wait several hours for them to clean the car as they had been storing it under trees that... shed debris. Interior was pristine except the dash panel around the gear selector. This was sticky for some reason and dealer could not remedy. A new part was ordered. I will follow up this review after installation of new part this week.

    This place might be the biggest scammer in Elizabeth City, I guess this is why they do free state…read moreinspections. It's just a way to get you in the door then attempt to talk you into over $1800 of unnecessary maintenance. The best part of this print out is I changed the oil less than a thousand miles ago. Somehow the oil "failed" their test. The air and cabin filter was also changed the same day. This place should be investigated because they are most definitely raking people over the coals for unnecessary maintenance and repairs. Sincerely a 25+ year mechanic

I had to bring my truck (company owned) to an establishment b/c we use Enterprise Fleet. I chose here, not only b/c it was on the list, but this is a dealership. I figured, if I'm going to have someone work on it, why not have them do it.... I'm so very glad I did! Let's start by honoring the service manager Tiffany, and amazing individual, to say the least. Communication is top tier. Knowledge is unsurpassed. The quality of work is extraordinary! You're just not going to find this kind at some backyard garage or makeshift mechanic ANYWHERE!!! If you happen to be in or near Elizabeth City (not wishing bad on anyone), and happen to need services, give them a try, I know you won't regret it.... 4
