When he looked up my previous purchase, he noticed on his own that the light was still under warranty--with only eight days remaining! Instead of simply selling me another one, he made sure the warranty was honored, got me the replacement, and installed it for me. That kind of honesty and customer service deserves to be recognized. Chad could not have been more helpful and told me that if I had any problems or needed anything else, to make sure I came back. I also want to recognize the entire staff at this location.
