They have been able to pinpoint and fix certain things that previous shops (to include Toyota themselves) could not fix. Issues included misaligned bumper winch, and a clunking noise from my skid plates. They also did a great job aligning my truck with its lift installed. Had to take off work early and everything. My ALIGNMENT was not bad at all. Not hardly even noticeable. They take my $60,000 car back. It is back there for LONGER than an oil change. The service guy comes out and says we didn't do the alignment because we need to order parts. He stated it is not that bad or noticeable as well. Those parts are 300$ + Did I want to order them? - I said I would think about it and let them know. I go to leave cause he said they were all done. I don't even get HALF a mile. My alignment is 100X worse. And pulling in the opposite direction. I call them and turn around immediately!! They drive my car. Take it in the back for another period of time. Then the manager comes out and says. Look I'll order the parts and we will pay for them. You'll just have to pay for the alignment portion. (Which I was only supposed to do in the beginning anyway) My 60,000 car now that they have messed up. I have to drive with it pulling so hard to the right. Prob ripping my tread day by day for 2 weeks. I call them to try and be nice since this is their fault. They will not help me resolve this problem. They will not offer me a car in return until then. They were completely unprofessional and basically called me a liar about my alignment issue. This is BS and not acceptable for this kind of business. For this amount of vehicle care. Worst costumer care, apprehension and concern. Absolutely appalling. This needs to be addressed and fixed immediately!! That was what I sent to the BBB Never take your car or truck here. We are only dealing with the service department for this visit. Now the appointments here need to be made in advance. This service department is extremely busy. Make sure and have an appointment it's always busy and truly appreciated for your car to be serviced on time. Now in addition to the routine oil change the service department recommended daily driver up keep. We selected the service department ideas to keep the car at the best possible pace. While they were performing this routine maintenance a part failed and the service and department manager called to inform me of the situation. We actually needed the car as they had promised by the end of the day. But some times things happen, so they let us a loaner vehicle while they repaired our vehicle. They were so thoughtful. We were thrilled. Now when the Nissan needs its routine repaired maintenance or other wise it's going to come here. Until the next time Coyle . Thank you for making our visit so exciting. They noticed that my back tire was wobbly (not the official phrasing but the gist) -- something they could not repair and that I should not drive on. I called a mechanic close to Costco, who kind of shrugged me off because they couldn't get me in that day. I then called ImportDoktor (should have been my first call!). They also didn't have availability but told me how they could tow it to their shop for $125 and get on it in the morning. They were so friendly and helpful that I went with them. From there, they were great about communicating with me, sending me quotes via text. They were able to finish it the next day and left my car ready for me to pick up. As much of a headache as this experience was, ImportDoktor made it as smooth as it could be. Now my car doesn't make the same worrisome noises that it was before. This is such a trustworthy spot to take your cars. Great customer service and repairs all the way around!
