We are only dealing with the service department for this visit. Now the appointments here need to be made in advance. This service department is extremely busy. Make sure and have an appointment it's always busy and truly appreciated for your car to be serviced on time. Now in addition to the routine oil change the service department recommended daily driver up keep. We selected the service department ideas to keep the car at the best possible pace. While they were performing this routine maintenance a part failed and the service and department manager called to inform me of the situation. We actually needed the car as they had promised by the end of the day. But some times things happen, so they let us a loaner vehicle while they repaired our vehicle. They were so thoughtful. She called them to ask about it and they told her they would look at her old tires, then they told her they were already hauled off. Well they weren't...I know who picks up the d tires and 1. After only 5,000 miles on a brand new car the tires/steering has a grinding issue after taking it in for regular service (oil change/tires rotation). Took it back to the dealership service, and they told us the car has set on the lot and the tires just needed to adjust after being rotated. 2,000 miles later, issue persists. Took car into service, have waited for 3 days with no call backs, and then told it was a "sales issue." After speaking with Chris Taylor from Sales, he said it was extremely unreasonable for me to ask for new tires, and that "I was trying to screw him." Then went on a ran that he gave me a very good deal on the car and took a loss on it. But would be willing give me a "good deal" on new tires. Very arrogant sales manager. Taking issue to BBB. It takes a lot for me to give negative reviews but after several attempts to address an issue with this dealership I felt left with no other choice. Last month my son purchased a vehicle from this dealership and is working out of town. He was issued a temporary plate. He had to drive back after a month to to get his plates and was told at the BMV that the dealership hadn't performed an inspection or sent new title work to them. The BMV informed him that technically he was driving a stolen car. We spoke with the sales manager, Dave Silling, , who said if my son gets pulled over and receives a ticket that they would pay the ticket; however, this wouldn't remove the points on his driving record. They claimed it was illegal to provide another temporary plate but dismissed the the fact that they sold a car and hadn't changed the title; which is also illegal. He had to drive back to the dealership so that they could get it right. For the amount of money my son spent for the vehicle we expected more due diligence. read more

He is very knowledgeable of the vehicle availability, offerings, and inventory. He is also remarkably professional, and interested in helping his customer find a great fit for their budget, and desire. We have been extremely frustrated with the lack of follow-thru of Coyle Nissan LLC Clarksville, IN Deal. Early July my son purchased a car and was given the normal 30-day temporary plate. When he went into the BMW to purchase his plates he was told that no paperwork from the dealership had been submitted and that technically he has been driving a stolen car. After calling the dealership and getting the run around I was finally connected to Dave Silling Sales Manager. Because it was the dealerships negligence to perform the required inspection and submit the standard paperwork to the BMV, I requested to get another temporary plate until the dealership could perform their due diligence. The response from Dave Silling was, no they could not issue another temporary plate because it is illegal. He went on to say that the worst case scenario would be that my son would get a ticket for the expired temp plate and they would reimburse him. This to me was highly insensitive, unprofessional and unacceptable! The biggest issue of all is that Coyle Nissan had the vehicle on their lot for sometime and failed to perform a proper inspection before selling the car. This is not the way to do business. This is negligence of which, has cost my son time off work to bring the car back to Louisville to get an inspection and then basically to be sent on his way still without proper title or plates. We were told that, they would get proper title and plates to him but it would take two weeks. Coyle Nissan has not demonstrated any level of responsibility for this major error!! What should have occurred is; that if an extended plate could not be given that we get reimbursed for a rental car or urber fees while the car sits until it's properly inspected and plated. But no, this dealership says don't worry if you get pulled over just show the bill of sale that you purchased the car. In this climate of racial unrest, having a bill of sale is not enough; especially when the paperwork/title is no where to be found in the BMV records because this Dealership failed to follow thru. But does Dave Silling or the General Manager care... not at this point, because they have made the sale!! I urge all future buyers to think twice before doing business with Coyle Nissan LLC in Clarksville IN. Yes, mistakes will happen, but to make a mistake and not try to ensure that the customer is protected legally or compensated is not a dealership worth doing business with! read more

I feel like Coyle was trying to take advantage of me because I'm a female and they assume I do not know anything about vehicles or tires. Little do they know I am very well versed in vehicles and tires. So they were not talking to a naïve woman. I took my Rouge in for a oil change and a tire patch. I was told the nail was in the sidewall and couldn't be repaired. CLEARLY the nail wasn't in the side wall it was in the tread and was repairable. The Service advisor sent a picture of the nail in the tire to me and I forwarded it my husband. I knew they were trying to take advantage me. I was then quoted 337.00 for a tire. No other options was given as far as tire pricing. I was also told I could not have missed matched tires on my vehicle, which is completely untrue because I currently have one tire that is not the same as the other three. I was also charged for the oil change which I shouldn't have been. The advisor was told we purchased the service agreement for free oil changes, and the response was we don't honor that. Needless to say when my husband spoke to the advisor and saw in my past history I have never been charged, they said it would refunded. Also my vehicle was taken to a competitor and they patched my tire at no charge. Two days later Mike the service manager called and tried to defend his service advisors actions, and thought I had no idea what I was talking about with my vehicle. His response was we will have to agree to disagree. I would rather go to Louisville Nissan than ever deal with Coyle Nissan again. This is absolutely unacceptable. I already have to travel 30-40 minutes (depending on traffic) to Coyle Nissan, but I would much rather drive all the way to Louisville than to deal with this level of unprofessionalism. No pressure sales... and that is a BIG plus in my book. He was very patient with me. Ed, the finance manager, went above and beyond to help me get an even lower interest rate with Nissan than I could get from my credit union. The only thing that didn't get them 5 stars was some preliminary finance guy who, in my opinion, was just a little on the arrogant side. We got a good price on the vehicle we purchased, but it was our understanding that a charge of $229.00 on the paperwork was for license and registration. However, we received a letter from Coyle with some papers to take to the Indiana Motor Vehicle Bureau to pay Excise Tax and License Fees. When we returned to Coyle to ask about the charge, we were told by Mr. Ed Clark that was a paperwork fee to cover the cost of the paperwork to sell us this vehicle. We stopped at Coyle Nissan without an appointment to have our Murano checked out. We were so happy we used this Nissan Dealer. A Nissan dealer in Toledo had changed the oil. The next day (we were on vacation and headed home) we noticed a puddle of oil under the vehicle. The service department failed to tighten the oil pan plug. My husband tightened the plug, but we wanted to be sure that it was done correctly. Gannon Gray, the Service Advisor, at Coyle Nissan had our Murano looked over completely to make sure everything correct. He had us out the door in about half an hour. I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan with Coyle Nissan and the negotiating terms were that Coyle would take care of my LAST lease payment on my Malibu (which I purchased through Coyle Chevy). Then I recently received a bill from GM Financial showing I owe the last payment. So I contacted Tony the Sales Manager and he does not recall that conversation. I had been in the dealership at a previous time and he seems to recall that conversation. But the day of my purchase his wife dropped off their kids so I believe he was distracted and that is why he can't seem to remember. The salesman that I worked with there was in the office and I know he has to remember but he has not yet returned my call to discuss. I purchased in May 2019 and he asked why I waited so long to bring this up, well because it took GM that long to send me a bill!!! Also watch out for extra charges like "Anti-theft" and "Clearcoat", which is a rip off! I would say if you want to buy a car from them, bring a tape recorder!!! read more

On 10/09/2015 I worked a deal out with Coyle Nissan to purchase a new vehicle. I had already arranged my own financing and told the salesman that. As I filled out a few of the forms I hesitated on one that wanted my SS#. I again told the salesman I have my own financing and I do not want my credit run. The salesman assured me that they would not run my credit and they just needed that to send to my finance company to insure that they would get paid. I came back on 10/10/2015 to bring the title of the vehicle I was trading in and to finish the paperwork. The finance person handed me a finance form with a different finance company on it and higher rate. Not only did they run my credit they tried to slip in a different finance company. They claimed I filled out a credit app, not only did I not fill one out they filled it out for me and misspelled my last name. They said they would fix it, still waiting. read more
