    Manufacturing Date

Do not buy a battery here. My battery was manufactured March 2019 and purchased after that at AutoZone. During cold weather it malfunctioned and is completely dead, will not charge. Took back AutoZone in Franklin, Tennessee today and worker would not replace or even test the battery. AutoZone advertised a two year warranty with this battery. Beware. Had a similar issue a couple years ago with a battery purchased from Oriley Autoparts and the battery was replaced with no issues. Should have stayed away from AutoZone.

rusted caliper a week after it was put on and new paint came off hiding the rust underneath

Set of calibers for a Honda not impressed. Yes price fine but when i washed wheels with wheel cleaner the paint came off revealing hidden rust. See the picture posted. The store wouldn't offer any recourse. Won't buy autozone calibers ever again and you shouldn't either can't be trusted who knows what else they are doing wrong. Brakes can kill and these offer no confidence. painting over rust with a non binding paint this is scary. Didn't like the way the calipers operated either they have a limited extending range from the slider pins less them my honda calipers.

Great job and friendly. They installed a new battery. They took time to ensure it wasn't something else other than a battery issue.

The battery on my Outback was starting to fade. So wanting to be proactive (which is highly unusual…read morefor me) I decided to get the lumbering (get it? This O'Reilly is on Lumber road) lazy unresponsive thing out from under the hood, and a frisky new battery put in. My daughter had raved about this O'Reilly. She said that the folks were so helpful and friendly. So, not wanting to disappoint her, and showing what a loving father I am, I followed her suggestion and paid them a visit. It was a short visit. No sooner than I walked through the door, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman and after taking the vitals of the car, he was on his way out the door, battery in hand. Click, click, click with the socket wrench and he said "let's give it a start". Vrrrooom! "Better he asked" yep, indeed it was. After palming him a litte of the ol' green, I was on my way. No longer having to worry if the car would start after stopping by a corn field in the middle of nowhere to take a pee. Ahhh, the little joys in life and peace of mind. Quick Tip: When I was a kid way back when, a friend's brother was running for class president. His last name was O'Reilly. His campaign slogan was "Oh really? No, O'Reilly!" It was a successful campaign. It resulted in a landslide victory. Maybe O'Reilly Auto Parts should use this in their next commercial campaign, and recognize me with a $10 coupon. For you though, all you have to do for your coupon, is to do a survey from a receipt. I already did, but I could sure use another. That darn battery wasn't cheap!

Wasn't 100% sure it was the battery so drove to my closest Advanced Auto Parts on Moores lane in Brentwood and requested their complementary battery test. Was just me taking care of this as my husband was out of town and I had just taken on a foster hospice dog that cannot be left alone so he was in the car with me. One of their employees, Dana, went above and beyond to accommodate me and my stressful situation. Dana happily tested the battery, finding it to be in need of replacement, and then quoted me the price; $255 which included the tax, core exchange, battery, and install. I could not believe the difference, not only in price, but that this wonderful company was willing to install it for me as well -zero charge! I was so grateful! Especially at a time like this during Christmas coupled w/several expensive repairs we are trying facing at our home from leaky roof to main floor of our home sinking into our crawlspace -the money savings Advanced Auto Parts saved us from taking it into the shop was a godsend! An extra appreciative shout out to employee, Dana -she not only incredibly professional, and in all around bad @ss chick with her mechanical knowledge and capability, but also an incredibly compassionate and professional person who, if I own my owned business, I would I want to clone her and have her work, my companies. She is a true asset to this company who, having my first experience with this establishment, has made me a new lifelong customer as well as my husband, and they will get our recommendation for anyone whoever ever asks! Thank you to this wonderful company that offers the service of testing batteries, and also installing them, it is such a neighborly and kind thing to do that stands out from so many other companies that take advantage of nicking and diming people at their most dire moments. What a great business and amazing experience! Would give 10 stars if possible!

I started with Dave who ordered in the radio I wanted so I could have Apple car play. Got it in and they called to set up time for install. This is where Kendall worked with me and his installers ,and they did excellent work. Kendall spent some time with me on how to use the new radio plus the new dash camera he installed. Being a very young 84 years old and always looking for help with new tech, I was very satisfied with there help. However, I eventually needed additional help and went back to get a little more help on how to use the radio and dash camera. Out comes Nick, he was awsome. Right now I am about 75% in knowing what I am doing. But at this age ,okay. To Dave,Kendall and Nick, ya'll are the best and thank you for being so patient with me during this install.

Took a lot of wiring for all the cams and special power supply units. Randy the manager was very receptive to my requirements and specific instructions. Everything worked perfectly and the install was super clean without any lengthy cords, battery nor data storage units in sight, and my vehicle fitted with a nearly 360 degree surveillance solution. Highly recommend for your auto electronic install needs. Very reasonable pricing also compared to the other local options I spoke to. 5/5

Now this is something you'd never be able to see with your eyes...you wouldn't know it until its on the alignment rack attached to your car. I purchased it January 24th, 2019 but I hadn't gotten around to putting it up on my car until today because I was gathering other parts and just busy with other work as it was. Called him mere hours after I discovered the issue and he just shrugs his shoulders and says he can't give me even a little bit of my money back because "it's been too long" (and he claimed he didn't have any record of me in his system somehow, even though I was staring right at the order form). So now I'm stuck with a bent subframe that I will have to pay a body shop a couple hundred dollars to straighten it out. Idk about you but it sounds kind of fishy why a car that had an "interior fire" would have a rear end bent so badly it cannot even be adjusted to within spec without a frame rack. Two stars only because it seemed like a decent deal at only $1000, but maybe thats why it was that cheap...
