The place was busy as a beehive when I pulled in and I thought well there goes the afternoon, but someone was waiting on me within five minutes and I was out of there with a new tire 20 minutes later! They were friendly and polite in addition. The tire wasn't fixable due to the extra half-mile I drove to pull in somewhere safe instead of the side of the road (my dad always said don't worry about the tire - get to a safe place if the car will still move) but I did expect that. The price for the tire was right in line with the prices I have seen before at Walmart, Discount Tire, etc which I thought was remarkable for an independent shop.
