The place was busy as a beehive when I pulled in and I thought well there goes the afternoon, but someone was waiting on me within five minutes and I was out of there with a new tire 20 minutes later! They were friendly and polite in addition. The tire wasn't fixable due to the extra half-mile I drove to pull in somewhere safe instead of the side of the road (my dad always said don't worry about the tire - get to a safe place if the car will still move) but I did expect that. The price for the tire was right in line with the prices I have seen before at Walmart, Discount Tire, etc which I thought was remarkable for an independent shop. Huge shout-out to this store and the small-town spirit in Jacksboro that had people at my car helping me before I could even get out - I did not get the young men's names but they absolutely refused taking any amount of money from me and would not even let me go in the store with them and pay for snacks -

Called Four Stars Ford spoke with Joseph, got my vehicle in, got a ride home, got all the recall repairs done, oil change, and roof seal repaired all in the same day and my vehicle was taken back to my house once everything once complete.
