Joe ended up coming and getting me out of a jam and even though changing a tire isn't a big deal, I really appreciated the fact that he had enough resourcefulness to find me the correct tool to help me get the spare tire off. Was assured they would address all issues mechanically, and body repairs. they later tried to return the vehicle back to me, after not addressing any of the mechanical malfunctions finally found out that they even told the insurance company that the mechanical malfunctions and errors could not have been caused by the collision. now we are stuck to dispute the nonpayment for mechanical issues and out-of-pocket for repairs that were due to the accident. The first time I had to call them they had sent us the first impound notification 10 days after it was already impounded. I called them and brought it to their attention and the owner said, "Yeah you're right. we're supposed to mail those out 5 days after we impound the car. I will take off 5 days of storage fees." The second time I had to deal with them I called introduced myself and the guy hung up. I called back and asked if our car was there. He said yes. I told him the notice says it was impounded 3/2/17 and you just sent the notice on 3/20/2017. He said no lady we have all of our documentation there must be some mistake. Plus lady we are closed you'll have to call back Monday. Told him, "but that will be more storage fees." HE HUNG UP ON MY FACE!!!!!! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. U-haul wanted to charge us double the rental fee for incorrect drop-off location which would've been more than $900. Scott made a few calls to see what could be possible and got the extra charge dropped. He's spent more than 10 minutes on the phone when he had other things he needed to get done.
