Luckily a cancellation occurred so it worked out in my favor. I felt so bad because they're doing construction down my entire street and he had to work with all that commotion. Let me tell you it didn't stop him from doing an amazing job on my hoopty. He showed up around 1:30 and didn't finish until a little after 4, it goes to show that this man takes his work seriously. I didn't take any before photos but trust me when I say that my car was filthy inside and out. It smelled like corn chips (credit given to my dog) and had dog hair all in the back seat. I'm so impressed and happy with Josh and his services and will recommend him over anyone. Here I was thinking of just getting a new car but all my ol' girl needed was a detailed bath. I currently pay over $120 per month to wash my vehicles here because of the convenient location, and while I understand that busy periods happen, I consistently leave feeling frustrated with the experience. I've visited other Super Star Car Wash locations that are well-maintained and provide excellent service, so I know the company is capable of much better. Unfortunately, this location does not meet those standards. My most recent interaction with the manager was also disappointing. I hope the company makes some steps to improve this location. Two stars for the convenient location.

I literally chose a package without visiting first and - after my visit I'm glad I did! This location operates off your license plate which is sooo much better than places that put stickers on your car that take forever to remove. They handed me a little air freshener and wipe before going through the wash. (It's the little things.) There are several vacuum / dry off locations available. I'm obsessed, and can't wait to return. I had a few scratches on my bumper and they were able to buff them out to where it is barely noticeable! The prices are good and you can bring your receipt back within 7 days to get your car washed with the basic wash. They did a great job vacuuming and wiping down the interior as well. It's hard to find a place that is reasonably priced and does a great job with your car. Overall great experience and will definitely be going back.

He showed up on time first thing in the morning and was very meticulous with everything. My truck looks brand new again. If I was staying in CA I would use again and again. I took my truck there because it was dirty. Bugs on the windshield dirt on the windshield and…read moretruck. I mean why else would you go to a car wash. Going in my truck had no cracks or chips or damage of any kind in the windshield. During the wash my windshield cracked on the lower driver side. I pulled around and went inside to get an employee. They took pictures of the crack and the scratches in my paint and opened a claims. The claims department looked at the video of my truck entering and circled bugs and dirt and said it was already damaged. Denied my claim because as they said its impossible for their equipment to damage a vehicle as its maintained to such high standards. The interesting thing is, nothing they circled in their inspection was even close to where my damage was. I asked for them to compare the before and after of my truck entering and leaving so they could see what they claimed was damage before actually washed off, but they refused because again the bugs and dirt was proof it was already damaged in their eyes. I went back and tried to speak with a manager on site and they refuse to call back or do anything to help either. So, save yourself some trouble and grab a hose at home, it would do a better job than rocket wash anyways.
