I called their office this past Tuesday and spoke to Mabel who was very helpful. I pre-paid for the repair and sent out my PCM with next day air to ensure it got to them the next morning. That day at 4 PM I got a call from Matthew who told me the part had been repaired and they were shipping it back! Literally 5 pm on Thursday my part was at my door, repair done and all shiny new capacitors installed. I quickly re-installed in my truck and she's back! I cannot thank them enough and the turn around time was amazing. After what and who I had been speaking to previously, I wish I would've found them sooner. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of automotive electric repair.

My apologies in advance for leaving oil puddles on driveways throughout Miami. Met Willy of GAW on Wednesday, January 25th and explained situation with leak. My assumption was that oil was coming from in-between engine and tranny. Willy was honest from the start and stated it would take a few days. Explained it was my daily driver so he told me... let me see what we can do. Received a call about mid day with great news. The oil was actually coming down the engine from the valve covers. Long story short had to replace valve cover gasket, rocker housing gasket, and the crank case breather. Clean the hell out of my engine while providing updates via text including attached pictures. I called the shop one morning to get pricing to replace four motor mounts. The lady in the front…read moredesk told me you bring it over. We will tell you what you need and how much it is.. I brought it over that morning. They looked at it. They quoted me almost $1300 for the four motor mounts and 2 censors . I said no problem let's do it. Young lady calls me back the next day and says that there was a part that was damaged from manufacturer and there was a second day delay for it no problem. Two days later when I got the call that the vehicle was ready I picked up my vehicle drove it home. I got home open up the hood because I was still feeling something not replaced or fixed.. First thing I noticed is the dog bone as they call it, which is visible when you open your hood, the rubber inside that dog bone was still corroded and damage. Second mode amount visible from the hood it's at the bottom by the radiator improperly mounted screw was put in sideways. It looked very unprofessional.. I called him up let him know my discovery they said bring it in. I brought it in then Mechanic said don't worry about it. I'll get it fixed.. They stood with the car another day. He calls me the next day with a new bill. I didn't want no issues me thinking the car was fixed. I paid almost $300 more mind you it was four motor mounts in question. It was four more motor mounts that they put on the invoice . out of the four months, they are two that are not visible. I still do not know if those have been replaced.. I paid nearly $1500 for two mounts and two sensors. A month goes by the owner calls me. How was my experience and I explained to him I guess he was somewhat upset and wanted to make things better after I told him.. I told him that what his Mechanic and his front desk person did to me was abuse and was borderline theft. He act what would make it better me being a humble guy I just asked For a refund of the last part installed that ran about $300. Angel, I believe is the owner's name said that would happen to me. It shouldn't happen ange.l I wanna know exactly what did happen to me . you never got back to me after you refunded that and stated you have further digging to do . Bottom line I pay $1500 I get sent home with two broken mounts came back and was charged again. I feel that I was robbed. I feel that all these positive feedbacks are purchased. I feel that angel is running a bad business. Till this day I am doubtful the the bottom 2 mounts where replace . angel asked me to bring the car over to see it. He test drives it. He stated that he doesn't feel nothing with the mounts that it's only transmission issues. I stated to Angel that I am due for a transmission check up and I will trust that he will do a good job. Angel stated to me that if he did the job it will come out one of three ways it'll come out brand new or it'll come out like nothing ever happened or worst then it came in .. THAT'S WHY I SAY HE'S RUNNING A BAD BUSINESS. what certified mechanic or shop owner will respond with that type of reference Don't trust them get alway a second 3rd opinion ...on Gg review he added a comment like he didn't know about the issue but he agreed a refund of $269.00. lets see what angel says GMC ACADIA 2015
