He is from the Napa store in Fort Myers on Boy s Scout Drive and happened to be in Naples for the day helping out. He was so incredibly helpful in getting me the battery I needed - even bringing it out to my car. As the store was not busy, I asked if he could help me switch it out. He told me that they normally do not do that, but since the store was not busy he would help me as he always likes to make the customer happy. It only took a couple minutes and I was on my way. Devin went way beyond what was expected and was so friendly and helpful, even wishing me a good day and to be safe when I left! He is an example of what customer service should be!
