It went like this: I made the first call, letting the SA Josh (Thompson) know that I am in Arizona and would be making a distance purchase without an in person visit. It took Josh just a few minutes to answer all my questions about the vehicle and for me to make an initial offer. Josh said to give him a few minutes to discuss with his GM and he would get back to me. It took all of 10 minutes and he called me back with a fair counter, which included the cost of shipping the vehicle to Arizona: I accepted. After that, same day, paperwork was completed, payment made, with arrangements made for the pickup of the vehicle for shipping (in 2 days!). Josh was kind, patient, and answered every question and then some. He offered to do a video walkaround of the vehicle, but I determined that wasn't necessary because of the 79 (!) photos that were posted on their website and Josh's assurance that there were no cosmetic issues. He also offered to perform a free oil change which was going to be due in a few months. Every step in the transaction was flawless, and Josh hit the sweet spot of responding to my questions and concerns without being overbearing. I did so since I had to leave town but got their assurance that they would keep the vehicle for a week so the insurance company could look at it. Then they turned around and sold it the next day instead of waiting for the insurance company to even accept liability in the accident. Their towing charge was insane, and they wouldn't let me near my car until I paid it. These guys are totally dishonest. They take advantage of people who have been in accidents and are in a state of shock. I would recommend never doing business with them. If I could rate them negative stars I would do so.

Needless to say, they would not release the car even after payment and the police needed to be called after a verbal argument escalated into the parking lot where the workers followed us with verbal abuse even after we told him to just get the car and go back inside. WOW! Before you consider coming here, don't just read my review. Read all of the reviews that are 3…read morestar or lower. Then Buyer beware. I'll start by saying Tires Plus are CROOKS! I brought in a fairly new tire (two months old) to have either a patch or a plug installed as I had a puncture in it. I did use some fix a flat in it, as I have done so many times before. I mentioned this to the technician who checked me in. He told me no problem. I told him I would leave the tire there and be back in a few hours. He was fine with that. I left around 10:30 am and returned around 4:00 pm to pick it up. Inside the same technician said he tried to call me. He never did and I showed him my phone. No calls from him or anyone at Tires Plus. He then said that because of the fix a flat, they could not repair the tire as it would require cleaning out the liquid. He stated I needed a new tire instead. I told him that I would not be purchasing a new tire as the tire was already new and this was a small puncture. If there was a problem, then he should have said so when I dropped off the tire. So I wasted an entire day with my tire here. I refused to buy another tire and wanted mine back. They had to put it back on the rim as I'm quite sure they expected me to buy a new one and have it installed. Another tech brought my tire out and apologized. He said, we could fix the tire but our policy doesn't allow us to. WOW! This place is UNETHICAL to say the least. Not only did they scam me into thinking that I had to buy new tires but they knew I was using a spare tire and they allowed me to leave with the vehicle in an unsafe condition. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would take my vehicles anywhere but this place! I dropped my tire off at a local tire shop the next day. 30 minutes and $30 to clean out the fix-a-flat, patch the tire and install it. How about that!
