Needless to say I lucked out by choosing to take my car here!! Maria was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I dropped my car off on my lunch break, and she offered to drive me back to work (about 3 miles away). We had a nice conversation and she never made me feel like it was an inconvenience for her to give me a lift. My car was done by about 6pm which worked out great with my work schedule. They did a quality job replacing my brake pads/routers, and were never pushy about getting extra/unnecessary work done on my car. Their prices can't be beat - they were extremely fair and got me everything I needed at an excellent price. I ended up saving about $150+ by taking my car here as opposed to a competitor. The office is not connected to the repair garage like most places, so one can wait in a quiet room without constantly hearing oil changes and car horns. Ladd, the man who helped me, was extremely helpful and friendly. I'd brought in my own estimate for replacing and recharging my A/C compressor from a competitor, which he was able to beat by ~$200. Ladd quoted the compressor itself only a little cheaper than the other place, but he actually informed me that I could buy a used part and save a lot more money. He was very encouraging when I suggested that I could find the part myself, and said he would be more than happy to install it for me. He did warn me that there was a risk that the part could be faulty, and I would have to pay double to remove it and put the original back in. I was willing to take this risk. I came back with the part a few days later and the work was done within the time frame promised and at the price quoted. No extras or add-ons. They did suggest me buying more freon, but when I said I don't use the air much, they informed me it wasn't necessary. The part was perfect and the installation went smoothly, they said! I am so grateful to Ladd and his team for allowing me to bring in my own part, installing it so professionally, and restoring my car back to new in a matter of hours. Everyone working there was extremely friendly and welcoming, and there is even a Golden Retriever who hangs around the office! Unexpected bonus. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They used to be a reputable place. Not…read moreany more. I took it in for electrical problems. They told me I needed a new starter, so I had them replace it. They also said the brake pedal went too low, so brakes needed to be bled and refill fluid. Didn't change the pedal at all. They also told me we needed a new battery. Yeah, no kidding! The battery in the vehicle when I took it in was less than a year old. Funny how when I got it back, the battery in it now was 1 1/2 years old and wouldn't hold a charge. Since they stole my good battery and gave me a bad one, I couldn't even get Autozone to exchange it because it was some off brand I never heard of. It cost me another $180 to replace what they stole. VERY SHADY operation. Go somewhere else and save yourself a ton of hassle and money. Oh, the electrical problem never got fixed. But they charged me to diagnose and do nothing for it. The vehicle wouldn't even start when I picked it up. Dead battery. Again! I took it to someone else who actually KNEW what he was doing and got the electrical fixed. What a waste of time and money!

When I got there, they started working on my car right away and the installer was very helpful. He even helped my pair my phone to the stereo. It took a week or two before I figured out what was bothering me about the sound; there was no sound coming out of the driver's side speaker. I went back this past week and they fixed it right up, without any issues! They found the problem with a plug and sent me on my way. This place gets five stars, not just for being friendly and efficient, but for being good enough to fix a problem promptly and efficiently. It's hard to find a place with this level of customer service.

The only reason that this place is getting 2 stars at all is because of my first visit. The first…read moretime I went, there were three guys who were fantastic. Nice, helpful, informative. My battery wouldn't start because of sub-zero temps. I went in & they said my battery was past the expiration date. So we paid for a new battery. They told us we would be better off with a higher tier battery instead of a stock brand. So we paid a little more for better quality because I was ensured it would start up, even in the worst temperatures. Cut to 2 weeks later, car won't even start at 45*. No issues after being jumped, but will not start unless I use a booster pack to jump it every single time I use the car. I go back in to ask them as I never had any issues with my old battery other than the sub-zero temp. The guy tried to tell me that he couldn't look at it. I told him I had the car there. Then it changed to "we can't remove them or install them." I said that was strange since they had done both when I was there a couple weeks prior. After telling him the guys were super helpful last time, I finally get him to come look at it. He hooked it up to a sensor thing, said it was fine, & said I had to go to a shop. He said it not being secured enough is what was probably causing it to not start. I explained that my old battery sat the exact same way. He said there was nothing he could do & walked away. I went to muffler man, who tightened the bolt & the car started right up. That's why I freaking love them. They don't try to take advantage of me or brush me off. I guess Napa only cares if you're about to drop $300 on a battery & booster pack, but once they have your money, the customer service ends as well. I would have given this place 1 star if it wasn't for the three amazing fellas that helped me the first time. This guy acted like I was inconveniencing him by even walking in to the store when he's getting paid to help customers.

These guys are fast know what they're doing and I will take my truck back there anytime. It had a manufacturing date of 02/2020. Luckily I had my receipt, because my information was not saved in their databank. I was given a "newer" date of 04/2022.
