The other lady kept saying, "Customers in the store first," but the older lady ignored her. They didn't seem to have a very good relationship with one another. The last straw was her telling me my phone number was attached to someone else's number which really isn't a problem, but by that point I was frustrated and turned off by this lady.

All the women there are VERY friendly, they are all helpful and usually don't have any issue handling most of the people who come there. From what I know they have some of the best service in the area. I actually think I know the women who he is talking about and she is one of the managers. She is not rude, she is a no nonsense parts specialist. She'll know what you need BEFORE YOU DO! Unlike most other parts stores, she actually knows what she's talking about most of the time and most of the shops in the area like her because she is quick and simple with the orders. They narrowed down the problem, but I was only passing through & they couldn't find it & fix it quickly, so they told me what I needed to do to keep driving safely to my destination so I could get it taken care when I finished my trip. The tests they did were similar to what my personal mechanic told me (over the phone) they should do. And they didn't try to add on extra items or work. The only negative would be that they didn't contact me when the work was done and I had to call in to find out if it was ready. But it turns out that they were somewhat overworked that day. I responded to received advertisement offering free winter inspection. I was "on the alert mode" during the process, due to behavior of 2 man working in the front/office. As presented on attached estimate, I was informed that my car needs a replacement of rear breaks with the routers. Provided cost for this job was $512.71. Later I verified price for the parts if I would choose to move forward, which is approximately $170. I checked condition of my brakes with 2 other shops resulting in the same evaluation: all my brakes are in perfect condition (almost new}. 2nd issue presented to me was leak from Valve Cover Gasket. Replacement of that gasket was priced for $712.77. I check that cost with other shop. Quoted price was $200. Ironically my car didn't need that job as well. The mechanic "doing this inspection" sprayed some fluid excessively, to provide visual evidence. Afterword I monitored level of my oil, especially after longer trips. The level of my oil was and is perfect. After cleaning the fluid sprayed by Skiles Automotive mechanic, there are no more stains under my hood. One of the mechanics re-inspecting my car expressed " that this is outrage and insult to the industry". I agree with 1,000% intensity. I don't know how many people in this shop are involved in this stilling. I had dealing with 3 workers: Joey Garcia ; Service Advisor, Tim Wrightsman : Service Advisor and the mechanic. I am expressing my very sincere compassion to those who were taking advantage off by those "crooks". I would not feel save even park my car there.
