I recently ordered a Homelink mirror online for my car which already had a factory installed auto-dimming mirror. I had assumed that the new mirror I had ordered would be "Plug & Play" since it was listed specifically for my vehicle. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The new mirror had a different wiring connector on it. Not wanting to splice the new connector plug onto my existing harness, I was able to find "Bob's Automotive Mirrors & More" online. Bob was able to fabricate a custom wire harness plug adapter cable for me at a very reasonable price after I had emailed a few pictures to him. Now, my new Homelink mirror is fully operational. He paid $200 for this mirror and your company only insured it up $100.00. While we can take this up with our post office, my husband will be out $100.00.
