I dropped my car off at 10am and was told I'd receive a text when ready. 11am comes and I receive a text that it is being worked on. 3pm and I call and get directed to ever other department in Walmart but the auto department never answers. 6pm rolls around and I show up and Nathan tells me that oops they forgot to call me and tell me my oil change couldn't be done because x reason. So I drive 30 minutes around town looking for x piece to have him tell me it'll take another couple hours or so that he will let me know. A 10 minute oil change can't be done quick enough after having wasted a whole day waiting for a call. Instead of picking up calls Nathan is "organizing papers" in the register. I have been rebuilding wrecked cars for many years, and I would always replace them with more…read moreaffordable new aftermarket parts. Many years ago, I would drive to Miami to get the parts. A few years ago Maximum opened up and we gave them a try, and from now on we only get our parts directly from them. We order auto parts from Maximum and Joe (the owner) and his staff are super friendly and know what they're doing. If they don't have the part in stock they can usually get it the same day or the next day delivered directly to you. They're also open to public, I believe you get the same discount but you pay the sales tax. If you need affordable aftermarket body parts, give them a call. Their prices are way more reasonable compared to Advance Auto or even junk yards. Sometimes it is better to buy aftermarket parts than used oem parts. It is 2017, and aftermarket parts are not the same as they were 20 years ago. Many people are skeptical but trust me, you won't even notice any difference in quality or physical appearance. Aftermarket parts industry has really stepped up their game. All body shops that I know rebuild cars using 90% aftermarket parts. LKQ staff is rude and they treat you like you're a piece of ****. They order wrong parts and they're parts come damaged and they blame it on you. Certified

But the first time a lady answered and put us in hold never to put us back on. Then we drove there the 22 miles and found the store empty. My friend ask "hey had it been this busy all day" and they said yes nothing going on. He again reiterated that it was soo quiet. A free moments later we let them know that we tried to call and three times someone hung up on us. The lady immediately defended herself and said well I know nothing and am just the driver. We found out they were in the middle of changing ownership.Then we purchased a front headlight bulb for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and were charged $22.__ dollars. I asked again if this was the correct bulb and Nick said yes, standard bulb. When we got back to the shop found out it was the wrong bulb. The one we needed actually cost $130 dollars. Waste of time to go there!

He left me standing there for at least five minutes without doing a thing. Finally another checker walked up and asked for the next person and guy behind me jumped the line. Still no reaction from the idiot on the phone. Finally I went to the other checker and got my stuff paid for. I believe that guy would've just let me stand there until he was done on the phone and he was still on when I left. This is supposed to be a service store, not that time!
