He is from the Napa store in Fort Myers on Boy s Scout Drive and happened to be in Naples for the day helping out. He was so incredibly helpful in getting me the battery I needed - even bringing it out to my car. As the store was not busy, I asked if he could help me switch it out. He told me that they normally do not do that, but since the store was not busy he would help me as he always likes to make the customer happy. It only took a couple minutes and I was on my way. Devin went way beyond what was expected and was so friendly and helpful, even wishing me a good day and to be safe when I left! He is an example of what customer service should be! A few years ago Maximum opened up and we gave them a try, and from now on we only get our parts directly from them. We order auto parts from Maximum and Joe (the owner) and his staff are super friendly and know what they're doing. If they don't have the part in stock they can usually get it the same day or the next day delivered directly to you. They're also open to public, I believe you get the same discount but you pay the sales tax. If you need affordable aftermarket body parts, give them a call. Their prices are way more reasonable compared to Advance Auto or even junk yards. Sometimes it is better to buy aftermarket parts than used oem parts. It is 2017, and aftermarket parts are not the same as they were 20 years ago. Many people are skeptical but trust me, you won't even notice any difference in quality or physical appearance. Aftermarket parts industry has really stepped up their game. All body shops that I know rebuild cars using 90% aftermarket parts. LKQ staff is rude and they treat you like you're a piece of ****. The nail was in the center and in a repairable area of the tire. From there he told me he'd have to sell me 2 and was pushing for me to replace all 4. My tires are still under warranty mileage. Was able to go up the road elsewhere and get my tire fixed with no issues. Was told they work from commission here and are known to push unneeded sales.

Anyway, rock auto sends me the wrong part. They have no phone number it was all online service. If that's what you wanna call it. I ended up sending the part back and they ended up screwing me. It cost me $125 plus $30 plus for the part that was wrong. I only got $30 and change back from rock auto anyway O'Reillys came through their local. Their prices are much better. I called him up told him what I needed. I didn't even have to give them any money upfront. They said the part would be in the very next day, which it was they even loan me the tools to replace the part on my car I mean who does this these guys are great I would highly recommend O'Reillys for any of your automotive needs.
