One of the technicians installed them for me. 2 weeks to the day the rubber on the blades peeled off. Then I went to purchase driver side front headlights dim and bright. The salesman told me that he was not allowed to replace the bulbs. I am sorry but if that is NAPA'S new policy I suggest that you just keep driving on by. Rude and disrespectful people is what is sinking companies.
