Even when I came in with exact part numbers off their website for what I needed they could not provide me with the right parts. Some had to be delivered and they were a day late also then what I was told which was super annoying not a huge deal but still. One time I was told oh sorry that guys new, well I guess you guys should train your workers better before letting them help customers nice excuse though. Then I stand in line another time quietly for 5+ minutes which is a absurd amount of time to begin with to then be told im not next in line another guy was when he walked up behind me not more than a minute before a cashier being available. If you leave the line you go to the back no? Maybe he was there before but that was totally rude. Rude. Incompetent. Poorly trained. Would never recommend.

The last alternator I couldn't find my receipt and they would not exchange for a new one. I was told in the store that this part was not sold since 2016 and I have no record of you. The guy said to me, you will need to come back in 2 days and speak with the owner, I'm just the weekend guy! Are you kidding me, my car was broken but I should wait 2 more days, ridiculous. Contacted Napa corporate about the problem, they too didn't want to help. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$ AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Still waiting for Dave to return the $500 he overcharged on a Generac home generator. It's been two…read moreyears. Dave is the principal owner of the business and recently got into the home generator business as a distributor and installer of Generac products. I signed off on an estimate / contract with him to install Generac's largest residential generator. Other than delivering the home generator unit and sub-contracting the gas and electrical hook-ups, I basically had to step in as the general contractor and work with the gas / electrical guys because he would not return phone calls to them or to me. In fact, I had to contact Generac directly to set the generator up and get the 10 year warranty he was supposed to secure for me as part of his estimate and contract. Even his own staff told me privately that he is over his head and not very good with customer support. I do not recommend Ocean West.

Changed the power steering pump be if factory recall, I usually use a different better shop, they…read moredidn't bleed the air out of the line properly so steering feels weird. We I brought it back in he test drove it, told me that the problem will go away after a week. Went home and watched the first YouTube video of how to properly bleed the line and I can guarantee the tech didn't do it. There customer service is terrible. Will never buy a vehicle from them or have it serviced by them again. Worth going to Bellingham.
