All the salesman we've dealt with were pleasant non-pushy and very agreeable all the salesman get along and work together. The two managers we spoke to while negotiating were not abrasive or explained their side and even though we pushed him for a very good price, they were never angry or disrespectful or passive aggressive. We had many questions about things we didn't understand, and they patiently. Even the backend warranty manager was pleasant and kind and didn't push or make us feel that we were making bad We were therefore 4 to 5 hours and nobody treated us poor overall I would very positive experience given how difficult car can be. Lastly Jeff was our sales guy for most of the process, he was excellent I felt he was on our side as much as he could be whenever we told him didn't cringe or tell us. He didn't think that would work. He just presented it to the manager, which eventually helped us to get a very good he never back on our everything we asked to the managers. He was very good.

Don't go here unless you have infinite useless money to spend…read more Here they charge $160 per hour of work, and on top of that they charge you for every little thing they can think of. That includes a $90 fee to just test an aftermarket radio (not even put it into a car). They do a good job at making things look nice and hiding wiring. But at the same time they do stuff in a way that makes you have to come back if you want anything changed. An example of this is I came in and asked them to run one wire through my dash to an aftermarket switch for some LED lights and I would do the rest of the job myself, they agreed and charged me $180 to run the wire. But they ended up running the wrong wire through due to a communication error, but instead of fixing it the way I wanted they only offered to finish the job (which they charged another $420 for). On top of this the guy who ran the wrong wire through my dash was very degrading when talking to me, and he was not understanding at all when I was trying to explain that it was not what I wanted. Another example of them making you come back is when installing my lights the they shortened the length of the wire on my top roof rack, which makes it so that I have go and get it rewired if I ever want to move my roof rack. It feels like some sketchy practices are going on at this establishment and I'm very disappointed with the money it felt like I wasted at this place. I will definitely never be going back here. Save your money and go somewhere else to get a stereo installed into your car. The only saving grace of this place is Cameron who works at the front desk, he's a nice and personable guy who can answer any of your questions.

Can I give this place ten stars…read more I drove up to Ferndale for a refinery outage. Driving up, around Longview my windshield wipers slowly quit moving. Not long after that maybe chehalis, the quit working all together. So I finish my drive. And yes it did rain in Seattle...a lot. I get to my hotel, and before going to work my first grave shift I call bridge view. They didn't have the part, but said they could get. That night it dumped 8" of snow and roads froze over. They still got my part. AND they let change it out in the parking lot, I had to buy a basic metric socket set and ratchet. But the staff were super helpful and let me use some more specialized tools to get the job done. I highly recommend this local part store.
