They entered up saying there was an electrical issue. They had to build a box for the wiring. Okay, I'm good with that. Instead of prioritizing a resolution, this dealership seems more focused on sales than on taking care of customers after the contract is signed. We have been driving a loaner vehicle while our truck sits in service, and today a manager and another employee showed up at my medical appointment demanding the loaner back due to what they said was an error in the original contract paperwork. Showing up at a customer's doctor's appointment is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The lack of accountability and customer care throughout this entire process has been extremely disappointing. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle here, I strongly encourage you to think carefully. Customer service does not end once the sale is complete -- and unfortunately, that has not been our experience.
