I was helped by a very nice young man named Matias Zambrano. I explained to him that I had gone to the store on old Cutler, where an intellectually challenged young man told me that my battery was fine. Matias checked the battery. Confirm the battery was for all intents and purposes no good. He then honored my warranty. I had three months left on this battery and very quickly installed the new battery. He went above and beyond by suggesting that I buy covers for the terminals to protect against the heat and the corrosion that we all see I was so impressed by him I complimented him to his manager. This is store number 9940. I will return especially if this wonderful young man there.

When I got the car back, I was happy because the transmission hard gear change was gone and was due to lack of fluid. However, after I got home and looked at the receipt, they charged me $540 00 just for the fluid, which is price gouging. I could have done a complete filter plus fluid change plus labor for that price. I called and was flatly told that was the price. Good for you. You lost a good customer.

BEWARE! Do not use this company!…read more I purchased a refurbished hybrid battery for my 2012 prius with a 3 year warranty from Miami Hybrid LLC Dec 1 2023. Ricardo was able to replace my old battery and install a battery the same day that I contacted him. There was no isssue for him to travel to Broward County. This car is the third prius I've owned so I'm very familiar with mobile services for hybrid battery replacements. In the past I've owned a 2010 Toyota Prius that needed a replacement hybrid battery and the company I used was also a mobile service and there was no issue with traveling to complete and honor my warranty. The only reason I decided to try out Miami Hybrid was because the price was about $200 less then the previous company I used. In June 2024, less than a year later I contacted him because my hybrid battery started to trigger an error in my car that can visably been seen on my dash "Check Hybrid System. Stop the vehicle in a safe place" . The error code is P0A80. He then told me that it would cost me an additional $150 for installation even though I had a 3 year warranty. He also told me that I would have to bring the vehicle to his location. This company is clearly a mobile company because the initial installation was completed at my house in Broward County. On his webisite it show local and non local prices for the installation. To be on the safe side I purchased a brand new 12v battery and replaced it to make sure that it was not my 12V that could possibly trigger the error. Long story short, I contacted him again on June 19th to let him know it was not the 12V. I asked for availability and he responded the next day and told me he may be available a week later. I contacted him again on July 6th and he told me the next day to contact him on july 10th. When I contacted him on July 10th, he basically refused to honor the warranty because he refused to travel to my house to replace it. its very interesting that when I I needed the inital replacment installation he was able to do the install the same day but when it was time to honor the warranty he somehow had no availability or time to travel to complete it. Costomer service is a zero. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
