Fortunately this Midas is literally across the street from my office. Drove my car in, George, the front desk attendant was extremely helpful and happy to help solve my issue. It was so complicated to get a oil change here, first of all I called to make an appointment and they told me they didn't have available that I had to come in person. Second I went in person and the lady told me that the waiting time will be two hours or more and I made the appointment and they didn't have them till next day so I didn't understand the fact that they didn't give me an appointment over the phone but yes when I went in person. The worst experience anybody can ever have. They have horrible service, extreme attitude and are not willing to compromise. I had made an appointment a week before my actual visit with a lady on the phone who only asked for my make and car model and with my full name to make my appointment. The date of my appointment a week later, my boyfriend had to go in and of course you know how these people love to hustle saw you. they told him they had to pay $50 to just see what was wrong with the car which was also never mentioned to me when I made my appointment and that I didn't even have an appointment to begin with after I spoke with a woman so it was a huge hassle. I went ahead and called the one my boyfriend told me about the situation and I asked for a rough estimate on how much it would be since the $50 would be going into the estimate. Over the phone the manager directly spoke to me and said it can be anywhere from $200 so I said OK work on the car and see what's going on with it. My boyfriend and calls me and says that they are trying to charge me $600 for a power steering fluid flush and exchange that is absurd I went ahead and checked online how much the changing of the hose is and the hose alone cost $30, the fluid at an auto shop cost $6 . this place is overly priced and ridiculous and and they don't even take the time to work things out with you regardless of their inconvenience; never again coming here again and never recommending this place to anybody!! Wohoo! I like this place! I needed an oil change & tire rotation for my wheels and found the $19.99 coupon on line and found a Midas near my work. I tend to be a little impatient and hate wasting my day at the auto shop, so I called a couple times so I wouldn't be waiting. I spoke with George on the phone twice and the second time he said if I was there within a half hour he would get me right in. The man does not lie - gold star!! So, if you didn't know Midas is super cool and does "courtesy checks" on your car to make sure it's A-Ok. While rotating my tires George found my alignment to be off from my tire wear - which lead me to wonder why I don't remember hitting anything to throw my car off that much, but whatevs.... they were clearly my tires. So, I got an alignment as well & if you pay $20 more you get FREE alignments for a YEAR! Wohoo, gold star!!! George also came to find my poor air filter was black as night and should be white....so I got that switched out too. All in all, with all my checks and rotations I was there about an hour and a half. Not bad for all the work. Everyone was friendly and the prices reasonable, although next time I will replace my air filter myself for MUCH cheaper :) I'm sure I will be back here & to Midas for my alignments. Came to this location for 5 different jobs to be performed to my car! Slot of many involved. I paid for labor that was not fulfilled but 1. That one job was not done correctly. This was a Lower Radiator hose for a BMW E46. I was charged for all 5 jobs when all I got back was the same hose covered upsurge some extra rubber. The hose is still leaking. The manager at this location was an asswhole and the most unprofessional "MECHANIC" I seen. I run a 5 million dollar dale store as a STORE MANAGER. How is this appropriate and allow by any means. She says you need to have a Midas credit card for this and a $20 mail in rebate would be sent to me. Now we both read the coupon and NO WHERE does it say I need to apply for a credit card... SCAMMERS and FALSE ADVERTISING they wanted to charge me 39.95 for service, went next door to my regular jiffy lube and they honored it with out a problem...
