It can be very frustrating to have a broken vehicle, but they somehow always help to make it less stressful just by a friendly smile, and professionalism that is second to none. However, the greatest reason I "only" buy and will continue to "only" buy my parts at this specific store is their involvement and support of the community. It is normal to see the girl scouts selling cookies in the parking lot/side walk or fundraising car washes for "ALL" the schools in the area for band, wrestling, football etc... and that is why I only spend my money at this Advanced because if they are gracious and committed enough too invest in the kids and community then by all means I am grateful and committed enough to support them. Not only other Auto parts stores could learn from their actions but other businesses could as well. If you are a higher end corporate representative and you are reading this review then I encourage you to reach out to "ALL" the workers at this store location as they are excellent representatives of this company and deserve some praise and the same friendly smile, kind words and support they give this community and their customers day in and day out!! was just in to get a new battery for a Jeep Cherokee 2022 with that nasty AGM feature first let me…read morejust tell you if you have that feature expect to spend more money on a battery now with that said I had the most incredible service at the AutoZone on 2917 Nolensville Pike in Nashville, the young gentleman that was helping me Lewis Mayorga was a little beside himself when I barked at the $250 price for a battery he went and got another gentleman by the name of Andrew Smith to come over and explain to me why I needed this battery and the reason being that nasty AGM feature that will drain your battery and burn up your starter the toll it takes on a starter. I was well aware of, but did not think of the toll it takes on a battery with that said both were incredibly helpful and will most definitely receive my business again on the way out another gentleman by the name of Ken flagged me down to make sure I had gloves to put on my hands to change out the battery A+ five star service at this particular AutoZone thanks again Andrew, Lewis, and Ken
