I pointed to the clock on my phone to show him I had a few minutes left to make my purchase and pleaded with him to make an exception because it was dark and needed the bulb to drive home. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale. From the beginning, Mark was incredibly patient, while also being super knowledgeable and putting in extra effort to order a replacement tire for the next day (vs up to a week at other shops).
