Before I could enter the store, the salesmen locked the door on me and said sorry it's 6pm. I pointed to the clock on my phone to show him I had a few minutes left to make my purchase and pleaded with him to make an exception because it was dark and needed the bulb to drive home. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale. Anthony also told me that he would happily install the bulb for my headlight, as a complementary service. I walked into the store, walked up to the front desk, and was greeted by Anthony, who immediately got the bulb, rang me out, and installed it in my vehicle. This whole process took less than 10 minutes. The bulb was $19, and I'll be honest I have no idea if that is a good deal or a rip off. I am so pleased with their customer service!

They insisted they were the wrong ones and tried another kind and someone else came to help, but they weren't a matching set. Eventually they put blades on my car and they finally didn't break. But the blades are too small! So every time I use them I see a little wave spot that doesn't get cleaned or stays wet. It drives me crazy! I have a feeling the original blades I paid for were also more expensive than the ones they ended up giving me.
