I came here and they looked up my car and grabbed the ones I needed after we played 20 questions. They tried to put them on and they broke. They insisted they were the wrong ones and tried another kind and someone else came to help, but they weren't a matching set. Eventually they put blades on my car and they finally didn't break. But the blades are too small! So every time I use them I see a little wave spot that doesn't get cleaned or stays wet. It drives me crazy! I have a feeling the original blades I paid for were also more expensive than the ones they ended up giving me.

It's only when I heard that slow cranking on a couple of cold mornings, & thought of waiting for AAA in the cold, & of the hours that my trickle charger would take to prevent that, I finally was "energized" into finally doing something about my battery problems. I arrived around 1/2 hr before close, explained my situation, & before closing time, I'd had all my dead soldiers taken away, the old battery tested, found seriously wanting (Lord knows how long the previous car owner had that battery- I'd had it & the car for 3+ years, & the guesstimate lifetime is 5ish years), and the new battery put in. Pleasant staff, quick thinking & efficient operation, w/ no upselling pressure; I opted for the 3 year warranty on a new battery vs. the 1 yr, so spent I think $150 vs. $100. I feel I got a fair deal. I truly love getting in the car enroute to work & hearing that thing just turn over as it should, no matter what the temperature is!

We came right over and brought the phone and they told us they had one but it was being held for someone. I asked maybe it was for us, we just called to see if you had any batteries and she said no this was a few days ago. How can you save s battery for someone for a few days when you have a live person standing right in front of you with money willing to buy it. Order another one for this other person. Very strange. We went to another place that was better and cheaper and took 15 minutes to install.
