    Lake Nona

The fairly new Lake Nona Walmart supercenter was kind enough to offer up an auto car center that…read morespecializes specifically on oil changes replacement tires repairs plus tire rotation. It's pretty convenient considering that if there is a particularly short wait, you can actually do some shopping or wandering around Walmart to entertain yourself. That being said the shopping center has since exploded with restaurants and additional shopping so if you don't want to leave the immediate area you don't have to. So there's an info on the location... Let's move on to the service. Service, selection and other things taken into consideration. Selection, well... Four in stock items they don't have to be transferred for another store or otherwise, you can probably get into a tire in an emergency; may not be your tire choice but more than likely they have some scans they can go on those tires ASAP. The pricing, well i've never seen a discount tire or any other type of store be able to offer them at such a reasonable cost. Allow me to give an example, my wife drives a fairly recent model Infiniti G 37 requiring high-speed performance tires, believe it or not they actually have them in stock. The last time I replaced tires of this magnitude I paid upwards of 150 to 250+ installation rack it up nearly a $1000 bill for a quantity of four tires on that vehicle. Upon replacing the tires that are currently on the vehicle with identical brand size speed rating and a mileage warranty as the tires already on the car, however this time I did not spend $1000 but rather I spent $430 out the door... Yeah $570 plus difference... So as far as it goes for available stock and phrases I'm gonna give him an A+ particularly since it's Walmart and bought price maybe something you expect a decent selection of something you would not sick. And now off to discuss the service. Unfortunately Sam and I must stress only some of the employees working inside the house customer service/register/payment center fall into the stereo typical category and description of a Walmart employee not giving a hoot. I went in and discuss the size tire I was in need of any car. I was presented by the lady the list of tires available and what the costWas, very little emphasis on brand, but OK and zero information about safety ratings for speed versus the tire she was offering; of wage in properly rated tires should never be present it. So, someone was just being lazy let's be honest. I got a call to come grab the car only to arrive and be asked to sign a waiver for requesting And it demanding for the tires put on the car tires that were not remotely appropriate for the car... They're in mind this was one of the options that was presented to me by the customer service representative in the tire center. My wife instantly asked why on earth are we signing a waiver for tires were purchasing from you at which time the four of her that because we "demand" the particular tire that they were installed on the car and the tire auto care shop manager would not let the car leave the facility without signing said waiver. We requested further/more detailed information as to why this bizarre situation was presented to us and secondly why on earth where we even shown or quoted a tire that was inappropriate???? A little bit of bantering back-and-forth and all because there was A small difference of $20 per tire from the ones that we "purchased" when I dropped off the car. In all honesty from a manager or have you if one of my employees screwed up I just simply would've eaten the $20 difference tire and made sure that I had a happy customer and not an employee that was absolutely determined to prove that I was wrong because they're Acting/performing their job duties at a sub par level at best acting/performing their job duties at a sub par level at best. All things said in full transparency and with no Mal intent... The cashier/customer service employees find of the highest caliber, the shop Manager was pretty awesome once he figured out that it was an error on his employees part he matched the price we were quoted before switch the tires to the appropriate ones and out we went in a matter of about 20 minutes or so. There was a snafu, but they fixed it... You can't chastise them for something that they corrected, it's not like they did it on purpose to begin with. So in the end I'm going to give them four stars simply because I had quality tires at an exceptional price installed on two different cars within the same month and truly don't believe for one moment I could've gotten a lower price anywhere. It's price everything? Not always... But when it comes to tires I don't want to mess with ripped; sure there was a mixup and somebody didn't want to take responsibility for it but the manager did and in the end it's all good.

My husband speaks Spanish not very good english so he didn't know what the part was called in English. The people that answered the phone both spoke Spanish . A Dominican guy and a puerto rican lady the first time i called they put me on hold because they we're attending a customer in store . I completely understand and waited. I guess they had me on speaker or something because i didnt hear at all when he was speaking to me and proceeded to hangup on me. I called back told them they left me on hold and then hung up on me. The Dominican guy caught an attitude with me after that and said they were very busy, if you cant work under pressure and speak to the customer respectfully you shoumdnt be working there. so we asked for the part to see if they had it in store and they didn't even know what the part was called . As mentioned before my husband spoke to them in spanish bc his english isnt too good so these people work for auto shop parts and both spoke soanish but dont even know the name of the part he was saying . We had to look it up in english for them. Apart from the bad customer service they wanted to up charge us for the part because we had previously called a different O'reillys to see if they had the part and the part itself cost about $128 with taxes included, we asked the guy from the previous place we called if its the same cost for all store and they confirmed it was. So when we called this place on buenaventura they wanted to charge us $160! Bad service , they need to hire better workers with better customer service and ones that actually know the parts of the cars .

I've been a customer here for several years. Where I come from, self-serve isn't very available…read moreand, if it is, it's an unorganized crapshoot. This yard style made finding parts fun again. The costs can be confusing. While there is a decent price list on the website, I was initially tripped up by the à la carte pricing. For example, I bought an instrument cluster bezel priced at $15.50. However, the bezel had the headlamp switch (9.95), dimmer switch (9.95), and cigarette lighter (2.99), bringing the total to $38.39. I had the choice to remove them or keep the extra parts. Pay attention to the components! Like any other business, you pay for everything that you take. If you don't know how this works, you might feel overcharged. Pros: - Large inventory - Well organized - Pricing is mostly fair - Helpful staff - Easy to use online inventory and pricing Cons: - Inventory has been refreshing much more slowly in the last year. - Website inventory isn't updated daily. Of course, cars aren't set on the weekend, but new inventory sometimes isn't published for 2 or 3 business days (this applies to Orlando; the Fort Pierce and WPB locations are punctual). - The aisles in the yard are soft, making it difficult to walk and move parts. - The yard is narrow and long. It's nearly a 1/4 mile from the parking lot to the back of the yard. - The website is barely usable on the iPad. (Edited to remove iPhone as it is fixed with the iOS 26.4 update - iPad version still sucks both in Mobile and Desktop site modes). My Wishlist: - Website updated daily (business days). - More pictures of the cars! Other yards post the six outside, two inside, and an engine compartment photo. - Improved accessibility with better aisles. I'm not talking about ramps or rails, just basic walkability. I frequent a few similar area yards and it's so much easier to use the paved yard with shopping carts! - Some shade would be amazing. - Sort out iPad formatting issue. It's a straightforward fix. Final thoughts: I will give them five stars when the online experience is upgraded so that inventory changes are promptly posted and more photos are included. EDITED 03/19/2026: Updated to reflex iPhone fix.

I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!
