I went to tire kingdom on Sunday , May 3, 2026 to get a set of four tires . . My appointment was set for 10:00 am . I got there early at 9:40 . I sat all day until after 4 pm before my tires were on . They took everyone else ahead of me and didnt honor my appt time . the price I was quoted was just under 800.00 . by the time I left they had me at 1200.00 . You would be wise not to trust these people . This was at the tire kingdom on state road 44 at New Smyrna beach , Fl. let's hope the tires don't fall off . now there is a high pitch whining sound coming from somewhere . read more

We stopped in because we thought we had a roofing nail in one of our tires. The team took a look and let us know that the nail hadn't actually penetrated the tread--no repair needed! Super honest and professional. While we were there, we had them go ahead and balance a front tire anyway. The whole experience was great--everyone was friendly, the facility was clean, and we were in and out in no time. Very quick service and no upselling or pressure. My tire light came on over the weekend, and Tire Kingdom was able to get me an appointment first thing on Monday morning, which works great for me. They looked at my car within 10 minutes, and found a nail in one tire. Put in a patch in no time, and I was on my way. They were very courteous, and the store has some seating, too. I did pick this store because they are very generous to share their parking lot with ShotVet, which allows many people to get their pets vaccinated at low costs. I am just so impressed with this location's staff! My boyfriend got a flat tire at 5am on a Thursday, and we called them as soon as they opened. Spoke to AJ over the phone and he helped me get an estimate for replacements for the whole car + labor. He gave me so many great options for what brand of tires are good for my boyfriend's Tacoma. After we got off the phone, I scheduled an appointment for 3pm. Once we arrived at 3pm, they served us immediately and the estimate given earlier was the same estimate after everything was finished. Alex helped us install the new set of tires. The wait wasn't so bad, 1.5 hours and they played Spider-Man in their waiting lobby! Time went by quick. We left the facility around 4:45pm. I am extremely satisfied with their friendly staff, and their very quick service! We will come here for now on for our tire needs! But this was my first time at this tire kingdom and it's safe to say I this will be my ONLY tire kingdom! The front guy was soooo helpful and took the time to break down each part and each system, why my car was doing what it was doing, and genuinely gave me his honest opinion. I got a flat tire yesterday and was looking for a place that had my tire. I went on the Tire Kingdom website and seen that they had my tire in stock. I called and spoke with Eddie who assured me that had two different brands of my tire. I made an appointment, arrived about 15 minutes early and checked in. About 20 minutes after that, I seen them pull my car around. About an hour goes by and Eddie comes over to tell me there was an inventory glitch and they don't have any tires to match my car. Then asks what I'd like to do. I said just get me my car so I can go. I'm so mad at this point. He brings out my keys and I go out to my car. As I'm walking out, I see a guy putting my tire in my trunk. I said what are you doing? He said i put the tire in your trunk. I get really annoyed and tell him that's not where it belongs. They got it from underneath my car where the spare was. He says oh..... Give me your keys and I'll pull it back in the shop so we can put it back, which no doubt would have taken another 30 minutes. I was so annoyed I told him to forget it and said how unprofessional they all are. He said "because we didnt have the tire in stock?" No, because you told me you did and wasted almost two hours of my time. As I was leaving to go to a different place, I heard a noise coming from the back of my car and didn't know what it was. I pull over and go out to check out the car. I noticed that they also did not retract the cord from the spare, so it was swinging around hitting the bottom of my car. I am attaching the picture for reference. I would definitely not recommend this business. Eddie, was almost laughing that they didn't have the tire and wasted my time. The worst place in town to get your tires fixed. I've been in twice in the past 2 years, both times with a nail in a tire (it's on my way home from work), and the first time the guy tried to sell me 4 new tires (one was flat, the others were not brand new, but definitely fine). The second time (about a month ago) I again had a nail in a tire, but only a slow leak this time, and this time the guy tells me I have to get two new tires, that he can't take the nail out, and that another tire also has a nail in it, and he can't repair that one either. On top of that, the cheapest tires he's got are $225 a piece. Unbelievable! I leave, and take the car to a different place, where they were able to repair the tire with the nail in it, and the other nail is nowhere to be found. The repaired tire is still fine (about a month later, and the others are not leaking at all). This place is only trying to make money in the worst way possible. I'm happy to spend money on my car to have it look nice and drive safely, but these guys are nothing but scammers. read more

Not bad. I came in for a "basic" oil change for my vehicle & tire rotation because it was less than $25 out the door. I came in on a Fri morning so it wasn't slammed. I was told it would take an hour and half. Not thrilled, but at that price I was OK with it. Got the work done & the manager showed me a few things to consider, but wasn't pushy or trying to hard sell anything. I will probably go back, but it wouldn't take much for me to try another of the competing shops located within a 1 mile radius, which is unfortunate because I typically like going to the same place. I set a basic oil change appointment for 8am on their website. I was a bit concerned that they didn't send any sort of confirmation email but I went anyway. When I arrived they were clearly not expecting me. I normally use one of their major competitors but I thought I would give them a shot. They said they would get me right in bit since someone was already having their oil changed they didn't actually start on my vehicle until 8:20. They did not complete the oil change until 9:10. Then the mechanic dropped the cap into the splash guard under the engine. The manager did little in the way of apology or explanation. I didn't feel like making an issue. I just won't be returning here and I don't recommend anyone coming here for an oil change ever. read more

After my last trip I decided to get the wheels aligned because she hits many curves and almost every bump on the streets, I stop short of accusing her of hitting them on purpose. In this case the steering was very wobbly and I noticed that they tires had actually separated in the middle, not good. I needed two new tires. I got very good tires at a reasonable price. The service was very quick and I didn't even have an appointment. I liked that they were not pushy about all the "extras" they could perform. I received excellent customer service when I initiated a chat online for new tire prices. The representative promptly made a same-day appointment for me. When I arrived for my appointment, Tyler provided excellent professional customer service to myself and the many customers he spoke with both in person on and on the telephone. Tyler served each customer with such an assertive, pleasant, professional attitude. It was very refreshing. He was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly and accurately communicate solutions. These qualities are rare these days here in Orlando. He is truly an asset to Tire Kingdom. The room waiting was large, modern and open but the window ledges and chairs could use a good cleaning. There were little, tiny bugs crawling on the comfortable chairs. There was also visible trash and debris in between the cushions. Service was a little bit slow (over 2 hours for 2 new tires & an alignment) but with Tyler on the team, I would definitely recommend this place. I would not recommend - more so if you have high end tires. The people at the front are also not personable & I've dealt with a few. I had 2 new run flats installed & allegedly balanced. Driving the next day, I noticed a screeching type of noise at high speed. Called them. Made an appt. Dave drives my car on 528 and comes back and says he can hear the noise. States I have 2 options: Ask the dealership if they do Road Force balancing or contact tire rack and tell them I have excessive noise to replace. I called the dealership and they asked if it's been balance and if they'd looked at the tires to see if anything was off. They didn't. He said there really isn't much difference but they could balance and check it out. I told Dave this and he claimed it was different bc it's different machinery that they are not equipped with. If you don't have the proper equipment, why sell run-flat tires and do improper balancing? It makes absolutely no sense that I've had my car almost 2 yrs and no noise. This place installs new tires and does a balance and now I have noise. His response was, the tires are new. Dude, I am JUST replacing my tires after almost 2 yrs so they were obviously not really old tires to begin with. I don't have the time to be going back and forth to correct something that shouldn't be an issue to begin with. Only positive is it's pretty clean inside and they have wi-fi with an area in the back perfect to sit your laptop on & work, etc. It's hot in the front lobby area. read more

I have been here before and bought tires for my wife's car and for my truck. I came in 3 days ago to have an alignment done and a tire rotation. It took 3 hours longer than I was told and after I left I realized that it was still out of alignment. My steering wheel was turned to the right and my truck still pulled to the right. I had to go back and leave my truck again. What an inconvenience. I will be looking for another place to get my vehicles cared for. read more

They didn't want to patch the tire which was now flat because they pulled the nail. 1 hour later I was presented a bill which included sensor service and tire balance. Asked them to check my vehicle before a trip pulling my camper. The guy filled my tires to 100 psi when my tires are rated for 80psi. Long story short tire exploded and tirekingdom made every excuse and even blamed me of over filling my tires. a update my father went there against my advise and replaced his tires. He asked them to save two of the old tires which is his property. When he went in the morning they gave him one tire. He told me they said in the morning there tire removal came and took one of the tires. Father asked for his property back and they said sorry can't help you being its gone. They would not offer him anything for his tire they claim they threw away. Father informed them he would not give them his business. The man at the front desk informed him to "look around do you think losing your business will hurt us". Sad that a once good shop has turned so bad. Buyer Beware, I purchased tires in May of 2021 and found out in October of 2021 (from BMW when I brought my car in for oil change) that 2018 tires were put on my vehicle. Tires are not to be sold after 3 years due to warping from improper storage. I took my vehicle back to Tire Kingdom on Narcoossee and they told me that best practice for their corporation is to sell tires up to 5 years old and not disclose this to the customer. I paid just under $2000 for my tires. This is something that should have been disclosed. I would have not purchased these tires as I know that improper storage will cause the tire to wear differently and cause computer issues with my car. Tire Kingdom had the opportunity to do the right thing and they have chosen not to. BUYER BEWARE!!!! You will see that business has responded below, just know that it was just for appearances. They did not correct the issue. They still continue to sell expired tires without disclosure to their customers. read more

Did some review checks for the Lake Nona area online before booking - the ability to make an appointment was a bonus. This place was great for an oil change and regular car service. I was watching how the employee's dealt with other customers - very observant, overly helpful and went out of their way to make things run smoothly. I read online that the Walmart was filled with employees sitting around chatting and not getting anything done - this Tire Kingdom was the complete opposite. Car was done in an hour and very prompt and helpful, and didn't even recommend to me (a female there alone) the typical air "filter" changes most places gouge you on (said maybe next visit but will wait and see).
