God help anyone who has to go through the warranty process with this company. Never buying another…read moretransmission from here again. Let's be realistic. None of these junk yards really know if the transmissions they are selling you are good or bad because half the cars they pull them out of are destroyed. The only thing you can hope for is that the yard stands behind there transmissions and replaces them if there is a problem. Fenix will do everything in their power to put you through the ringer sending videos, pictures, codes, fluid samples, invoices, etc... This is all fine but when you send them everything they need they take a full week to get you an answer and half the time the answer is "We need more videos". Then if the warranty is not approved they do t let you know. They just don't call you back. I have read other reviews and this seems like common practice with them

A service member took my car home with him and kept it OVERNIGHT on a street in Carteret NJ WITHOUT my knowledge and/or permission, which is illegal by the way. Only gave permission for a 10-15 mile test drive. If I had not checked my Cadillac app and my AirTags I never would have known. Was told by the service department they do it all the time for testing Onstar. If Onstar takes overnight to find me I'm in trouble. The owner did offer me a free oil change and rotation when I spoke to him. When they gave back my car, which has a white interior, the seat and the pillar by windshield were dirty from working on it. They took it to clean. Gave back and saw the seat was dirty on the passenger side. Took it back again. They didn't even bother to make sure the vehicle was clean before giving it back to the customer. Long story short. Check your cars location at all times when left at a dealership or anywhere you have to leave it.
