I saw I was an exit away from this store (#02700) and stopped for a replacement. They honored the request even though the wiper was along I-95. When they tried to install the Rain X blade it wouldn't connect. Checking the passenger wiper it fell off in the technicians hand. Long story short was they used another brand that connected to both wipers and got me back on the road. The staff went above and beyond to repair replace and offer great customer service. I wish all Advance Auto Parts were as good. Thank You

Kevin showed him a picture of what I needed, and he was able to look it up and praises be to the most high God the part was in stock needless to say That evening at 5:30 I had that part installed and my vehicle that had been down from Sunday to Tuesday day was up and running. I have never been disappointed when going to advance auto parts in Emporia, Virginia. All of the associates are kind and friendly and Kevin You rock! For anyone that also has a Ford flex and you ever have an issue with cranking your engine and you know that your battery is good. Your alternator has not been signaling anything on the dashboard and even if you do not hear your fuel pump turn on think about this part. Save yourself some money, it's one of the more inexpensive parts that could just be what fixes your problem.

Our truck had been making a weird sound since…read moregetting it serviced at our OWN Toyota dealership the week prior (We were going on our first long trip with our 1-year old, so we got an oil change, new tires and brakes). Her safety was our number one concern and the factor we stressed most while at our dealership getting serviced. Well....our truck started fish-tailing on the highway. When we pulled over and off the road, we found that not only had 2 of our lugnuts FELL OFF on one of our tires, but the bolts that they are supposed to screw onto, had SNAPPED off!!!! Our tire could have fell off! :( So here we are, it was Mother's Day...a sunday. No one was open to be able to help us. We drove very slowly to the nearest hotel and called Roanoke Rapids Toyota in the morning. They were very understanding and almost equally concerned that OUR dealership in SC over-torqued the lugnuts, creating a VERY dangerous situation. Roanoke Toyota had the parts delivered and made sure to check the integrity of the remaining bolts. Thankfully, since there were 2 MORE on 2 DIFFERENT TIRES!! So appreciative of this team, and Cory and Montreal. Montreal kept us updated and made sure we were safe to get home. Toyota of SC got both our service and hotel bill, and a nice piece of our minds. Andy and Mitch did such a great job with our Volvo that we now have them do all the work on our Dodges too! Their rates are more than fair, work is always thoroughly completed, and never any surprises. I also appreciate that do give me a status update on anything that might need to be repaired in the future and let me know how urgent the issue may be. Not like many shops that seem to use any maintenance visit as an opportunity to upsell. Thank You!
