Hopelessly incompetent to deal with a slightly unusual situations, and nothing can be done if the computer doesn't approve While stuck there for 4 hours I could not help but overhear another customer report his truck almost lost all its engine oil, because they had failed to fully tighten the drain plug when they had changed it's oil earlier that day.
